Good apartment

Everything good.

With public transport it takes at least 30 minutes to get to city center. It's located on the ground floor where usually you find a shop or a garage, so you may hear cars.

Everything was clean and new! The contact person was prompt in responding to my requests. She was very polite and friendly, even though her English and my Spanish were bad. Haha!

The street noise can be heard, especially in the early morning when the cars exit the garage. The sliding door of the shower is rusty and needs some oil so that it glides easily when you close or open it. Also, repairing it will prevent the water from leaking while showering. Maybe providing extra garbage bags will help in keeping the kitchen clean.

Estancia en valencia.

Los productos de lavado y secado estuvieron bien.

El olor a tabaco, aunque la descripción decia que no se permitia el fumar, todo el departamento tenia olor a demasiado cigarro. Aun cuando abrias las ventanas y prendes el ventilador, seguia oliendo. La puerta de la entrada es de acceso con llave y no funciona tan facilmente el cerrar, literal tienes que jalar la puerta para que el seguro de la puerta se coloque. La ubicación, a pesar de tener una excelente comunicacion con medios de transporte ya que se encuentra a 1 cuadra del metro y de la estacion del bus, no se encuentra en una zona turistica. Areas a mejorar: La limpieza y la forma de acceso. El precio comparado con otras locaciones pues es accesible, creo por costo beneficio es de estado regular. Es un lugar que puede mejorar muchas cosas para facilitar y crear una mejor experiencia a los visitantes. Aun cuando se encuentra en una primera planta, si se escucha el ruido de la calle, pero pudimos dormir. Realmente no pasan muchas personas por la zona y se tiene acceso a tiendas y a la vuelta venden una pizzas muy tradicionales y ricas.

Maravilloso apartamento en valencia

En general es todo perfecto. La cama es muy cómoda y grande pero sin duda lo que más nos ha gustado son las lámparas con ventilador con las que está equipado el apartamento. Se pueden manejar desde los mandos y son una pasada. Tambien tiene aire acondicionado pero no nos ha hecho falta. El propietario muy amable. Le pregunté si podía hacer el check in antes, ya que estaba lloviendo, y no hubo problema.

Es todo perfecto. No tengo ninguna queja.

Estuvo perfecto para lo que necesitábamos. Descansar una noche entre viajes. Limpio y con lo necesario disponible, sábanas, manta, aire acondicionado, gel, champú (aunque no los hemos usado), papel igienico, nevera etc

Si quieres intimidad o silencio, no es lo más indicado. Son pisos bajos que dan directamente a la calle y está todo echo de pladur, se escucha cualquier sonido de fuera.

Todo perfecto. Muy buena ubicación. A dos minutos de la estación de metro que te permite llegar al centro en diez minutos- El aire acondicionado una maravilla. Silencioso y eficiente.

Apartament de disseny ben equipat

Apartament molt ben decorat, amb tots els utensilis per cuinar. El llit de l'habitació és molt còmode, i hi ha un llum amb diferents intensitats. L'aire acondicionat és silenciós, i les finestres insonoritzen molt bé de l'exterior. El bany és ampli, i tot es veu bastant nou. El barri és tranquil, amb comerços aprop, i lloc per aparcar al carrer fàcilment. La informació d'entrada va ser clara i fàcil.

Als llençols del llit hi havia un parell de pèls i no em van donar al sensació que estiguessin gaire nets, com en portavem uns per si el sofà llit no en tenia, els vam canviar i vam dormir amb els nostres. No vam aconseguir aguantar dret el sofà llit, no va ser un problema, vam posar el matalàs a terra.

Es un apartamento nuevo, muy completo. Esta a 20 minutos de la ciudad de las ciencias en coche. Al frente tiene una tienda de frutas y verduras.

Es difícil encontrar un sitio para aparcar, dimos algunas vueltas y al final encontramos un descampado en la misma calle del piso.

Más lo nuevo que estaba y limpio. Menos, que hubo un problema con el televisor y no me pude poner en contacto con los dueños. Había un teléfono raro extranjero, y los mensajes de booking dejaron de estar activos el día de llegada.
