Belle découverte à plus d'un titre...

Très joli appartement (ou plutôt grand studio, puisque la chambre se trouve dans la même pièce que le séjour et la cuisine). Tout est neuf, propre et bien équipé (nombreux cintres dans la penderie, gel douche et shampoing, sèche-cheveux, ustensiles de cuisine,...). La literie est excellente (du moins si vous préférez les matelas durs au mollassons). Pour ceux qui comme moi aime dormir dans le noir, pas de souci : les fenêtres sont équipées de tentures occultantes. Les explications fournies par Toni sont extrêmement claires. Le quartier est calme.

Léger revers de la médaille pour ce qui concerne le quartier... il est certes calme mais se situe loin du centre. Il y a bien un arrêt de bus à 300 m et un métro à 500 m, mais il faut quand même compter 30 minutes environ pour accéder à la vieille ville. On y réfléchit à deux fois avant de faire un aller-retour ;-)

Гарно і затишно. Помешкання це одна велика кімната, яка умовно поділена на зони. Зручне двоспальне ліжко. Кухня містить все необхідне. Пральна машинка з сушаркою. Є також шафа для речей. Зовсім поруч супермаркет. В 5 ти хвилинах дві станції метро та велика розвʼязка наземного транспорту. Це не супер близько до центру, але добиратися дуже комфортно. Класна ванна кімната.

Для мене було несподівано що помешкання на першому поверсі і там великі вікна в підлогу. Скло тоноване. Тобто фактично немає вікна. Лише велике тоноване скло. Також не працювали ролети, але це швидко мали б полагодити.

Wundervolle Auszeit in Valencia in einem komfortablen Apartment

Ein wundervolles, modernes Apartment mit allem Komfort. Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, ein wunderschönes Badezimmer und eine Küchenzeile mit allen benötigten Geräten, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur ein zehn Minuten Spaziergang zur Metro und man kommt von dort zügig in die Altstadt. Der Kühlschrank war liebevoll fürs Frühstück gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Whats App war toll. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und bekamen im Vorfeld bereits viele Tipps und Informationen. Wir kommen gerne wieder🤗

Tolles Apartment, toller Gastgeber und sehr schöne Stadt!

Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Frühstück bzw. Erstversorgung wurde bereitgestellt und war ausreichend. Das Apartment war sehr modern eingerichtet und hat alles notwendige erhalten. Alles in allem super!

Die Polster sind etwas hart, ist jedoch Geschmackssache. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, aber in Ordnung.

Lo bonito del alojamiento, cerca de un Mercadona. Cerca de dos estaciones de metro, el silencio y la tranquilidad. Y cerca del recinto ferial, para eventos. Y la atención de Toni, propietario del apartamento, ante nuestra llegada y hasta el Último día, estuvo atento y nos recomendó varias cosas, y el pequeño detalle a nuestra llegada. Haber si tengo otro viaje para volver, me gustó todo. Gracias

El apartamento está genial, es amplio y todo nuevo. Está muy bien equipado, con botiquín completo, toallas, sábanas, menaje de cocina, champú, gel, secador de pelo... Se puede aparcar gratis justo enfrente sin ningún problema porque siempre hay sitio y está justo al lado del Mercadona. Nosotros seleccionamos la opción de desayuno incluido y nos dejaron de todo (leche, café, bizcocho, galletas, pan, mantequilla y mermelada, agua...). La cama y el sofá son muy cómodos, el baño es muy grande y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. El chico es muy amable y atento. Sin duda repetiremos

Fantástico apartamento cerca de la feria de Valencia

El apartamento completamente a estrenar con un gusto exquisito en su reforma, totalmente de diseño y muy acogedor, al llegar tenía café, cruasanes, unas latas , leche y agua a parte de una nota de bienvenida, los anfitriones me recibieron personalmente, destaco su amabilidad en horarios y trato personal !!! Volveré!!! 🖤
