Dirty and uncomfortable

Location is convenient.

Location is very convenient, but other than that I would not recommend. Room was so hot, unable to fully open the window, no fan provided or air conditioning so it was impossible to enjoy the stay. The flooring was dirty and dusty, walls all covered in marks, hairs on the desks, dirty bathroom floor and toilet seat and no toilet paper or hand soap. I approach reception, asking to send the cleaner in the room, which they agreed to but invite me to "go for a walk" as this could take time. This was very disappointing as I wished to relax in the room and shower but it was not possible. Sadly when I came back at night, the room was in the same state, no toilet paper, no hand soap. The very small size of the room, the heat, and the loud fan made it very difficult to sleep. It is a very promising building, but very poor experience 1/10.

Metalworks Bristol

Everything was great and perfect for me to stay a few nights while here on business. Don't worry about some of the bad reviews. People expect a proper hotel and it's not but it's very very good, clean and modern student accommodation that is available during the holidays and incredible value for money!

Parking would be good although there are some meters locally and JUSTPARK have parking in Asda carpark just 5 minutes walk. Also, a bit tricky to find it when you arrive for the first time.

Easy 24hr access, top level security, very clean and cosy.

The wet room shower facilities were a huge plus for me. The room was spacious and I really appreciated the view from the plain glass balcony area. The bed was very comfortable and the extra bedding that was supplied was a nice touch. I was impressed with the gymnasium with its modern equipment and space. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Noah and Agatha. For the price you could not as for more.

- No Airco - potential 60 Eu fine for a keyfob you have to leave in an unattended basket on the desk on departure - loudly slamming doors - previous rentee's short and curlies in the bathroom

Shambles from start to finish

The fact that it was not what I booked in any way and no one has got in touch to resolve. Also, the check in process, the lack of information, the lack of the correct number of bedrooms or ability to leave the accommodation due to lack of keys, the lack of kitchen usability, the lack of bedding and towels, the three-hour wait at reception for issues to still not be rectified, the fact I was reminded about the check out procedure "today" before I'd even arrived and the fact that we checked out 24 hours ago and I'm still being asked which room I'm in

A relaxing and well-rounded stay with great amenities and seamless communication.

I had a great experience staying at this property. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process, making everything hassle-free. The apartment itself was cosy, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I also really appreciated the addition of a fitness center, which was a nice bonus for staying active during my trip.

I honestly couldn’t find anything to fault during my stay. Everything was just as expected, if not better. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Bardzo uprzejma obsługa, doskonały kontakt. Lokalizacja znakomita: przystanek autobusu jadącego z lotniska jest oddalony o kilka minut, podobnie jak stacja kolejowa (tyle że ona jest po przeciwnej stronie kompleksu). Przystanek autobusu jadącego na lotnisko jest tuż przed głównym budynkiem. W pobliżu są sklepy spożywcze oraz market, a także liczne lokale gastronomiczne. Jest blisko do centrum miasta i dość blisko do starego miasta. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, pościel i ręczniki czyste. Dużym atutem jest dostęp do pralni (pralki i suszarki). W holu stoi automat z zimnymi napojami.

Brakowało mi dostępu do kuchni — przy dłuższym pobycie mogłoby to być uciążliwe.

Ideal para quienes no necesitan lujos pero sí un alojamiento funcional

Muy funcional, gran relación calidad-precio, buenas instalaciones. Personal muy amable y efectivo. La zona es bonita y tranquila, se puede caminar al centro de la ciudad en menos de 15 minutos. El edificio es bastante nuevo. Todo está muy limpio.

Quisiera haber podido utilizar la cocina. El colchón no era muy cómodo, se clavaban un poco los muelles.
