Amazing location- perfect for walking to lots of places nearby. Great size room, very clean and cozy. Also very clean bathrooms and a really nice kitchen set up that I sadly did not use, but would have been perfect for a longer stay. All in all, a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.
The mattress could have been a little more comfortable- even a mattress topper pad would go a long way. Definitely not the end of the world and would not prevent me from staying again.

The location was superb for my needs, close to the centre to explore in any direction, excellent Starlings brunch location and it certainly matcha at the Art Gallery. LOVED the wooden polished floor, LARGE room with HUGE window, sink in the room, CLEAN bathroom, ample facilities in kitchen and LARGE sitting room 💥🤩
Not being on the ground floor with my dwarfism going up and down stairs to the only bathroom with toilet, 3 flights down, (though I know there is a toilet in the basement, 5 flights down). I adapted fine in the end. Lack of a bedside plug outlet and bedside lamp, plug was across the room. In this heat a fan was essential, but absent.
