Very poor, dirty and disgusting

The fact I had an electric fire in room that's it

The windows was lose very poor condition. Heating not on middle of winter , didn't feel safe . Lots of litter outside window , carpets were absolutely awful very stained, radiator leaked a over the floor. Can't get a refund not from even one night out of three . Very loud at times. The free Internet did not work at all . Even after I messaged the replied with read the above lol , which was the instructions for Internet, obviously I did that but it didn't work , no staff came and seen me or tried to help . The walls had stains all down them that needed wiping away , I got a tummy bug from this place ended up leaving after two nights out of three . Absolutely shocking the carpet in my room was disgusting. Very dissapointed with this stay.

Horrible experience ever

The location it was located was quiet and I kinda like quiet places. That’s the only moderately good thing about this place everything else was bad.

The room was smelling really bad, mouldy. The bed made noice every time you move even a lil. It was a sharing washroom it was really dirty both the days it was not cleaned. Shower was leaking couldn’t take shower properly. The room was 3 floors top and no lift with very narrow steps. Tbh worst stay I ever stayed in. The customer service of both accommodation and booking.com was useless when mailed no proper response was provided. Worst experience of my life time

If you are a woman DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Room and building was disgusting, covered in bugs and grime. It was not central,and then we had a man who was in the room next to us try kick down our door after we'd arrived. Huge gaps in doors that you could see through. And after that experience we couldn't stay. We were told we were on room 3 but given wrong key.

The room was very cosy and was ideal for what we needed while staying for hen do in bristol. Shared the room with my mother.

The cleanliness could be a little better. Mould around shower! The shower water was pouring out for the pressure control! No hand soap or towel in the bathroom. Outside our room in the little balcony was cigarettes butts, can, and other rubbish. The bed was rock solid ( we both could not get comfortable)

Yes, it's not luxurious, but it was fit for purpose if you're after a cheapish place to sleep over when staying in Bristol. Very near the city centre. In short, it's no frills but all is fine Bring a bottle of water for drinking.

The shower was hot and there was a hairdrier which was useful

The mattress was so bad that I decided I was better off on the floor! Also the walls between the rooms were not thick enough. And the walls in the room were sloping in as it is in an attic.

Uncomfortable, I won’t be going back.

The kitchen was nice.

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on patio slabs! The room had not been adequately cleaned prior to our stay. There was a vape on the floor from the previous people who stayed and long hair on the floor. Bedding was creased and did not smell clean. There was no TV. You can hear everyone’s movements from different floors within the building.

Cheap and central but smelly and a bit shabby

Close to the city centre, cheap

The front door to the street was open and full of boxes in the way so didn’t feel particularly safe. The room and the bed was tiny and not very comfortable. The shower took about 10 minutes to get warm and it was only a trickle. Also there wasn’t any ventilation so it stank.

The room is not 25m2 at all and there is one bathroom to share within 3 rooms for 2 person each. There were condoms at the window.
