The room smelt so stuffy
The location was convenient for bus travel to the city and train stations. The kitchen was clean.
As we opened the door, the floors were dusty, full of unopened letters laying all over the floor, the room smelt stuffy, candle wax on the carpet, we had to buy room freshener to ease the smell. The bathroom blind was full of black mould and the ball frame was falling apart. Won't book this place again.

3am we have had two men continue to walk into the room we booked and paid for stating they have booked it, my partner is absolutely terrified due to them continuely trying to walk in the room, called the property with no answer, what absolutely joke this is

Smelly, human poo in Easter bin, washing machine left my clothes soaking wet and covered in dirt had to get them washed else where. No WiFi despite saying there was.
