Lovely bed ! Perfect location and a relaxing vibe

Basic accommodation, with everything you need for a good night's sleep and a shower in the morning. The room is clean and the double bed is comfy, the bathroom also clean and brightly lit. Car parking is available in the street.
There's a no-shoes rule in the house so bring your slippers!
Be prepared for a 20-30 minute bus ride into the city, the bus stop is right opposite the junction on Church Road opposite the Aldi, so although it's out of town the transport link couldn't be more convenient.
This accommodation is great value for money.
There was some confusing communication from the host about the availability of the room after I'd booked, but we were able to iron that out fairly quickly.
The bedding smells a little odd, I think it's clean but there's a faint odour of pine disinfectant that I found slightly unpleasant. This is the only area where I think the host could improve.
