Excellently presented, comfortable and immaculately kept house, all requirements catered for and exceeded. Convivial, congenial, welcoming, relaxed, very responsive and hard working host providing just the right balance of interaction and also unexpected additional complimentary provisions (tea, coffee, toiletries). No hesitation in booking again and exploring more of the wonderful area that did not have time for. The location was very convenient for the main networking roads of the area with good facilities nearby. As I love walking, it was also nice to be able to walk into the city centre, though at a reasonably paced 60 minutes it might not be for everyone. There are however good regular and convenient stopping bus routes, so do not let this detract. The walk in was very pleasant, insightful and interesting; an experience of architecture and art in itself; some of which probably go unseen by most visitors to the city (so to leave a tease here; no pictures included. People interested in exploring these should do so for themselves). Thank you Bini. Fantastic stay.

Immaculately clean and thoughtfully organised with the guest’s comfort in mind, this place truly feels like a home away from home. The area is safe, parking is free and convenient, and buses are just around the corner.

Ā comfortable and welcoming homestay

Really pleasant space to stay on a one-night driving tour stopover, and a super comfortable sleep - I felt very much at home... The host was available online during my stay even though they weren't at home, to let me know where things were, and everything I needed was close at hand.

Bini makes you feel at home

Bini is an exceptionally warm and welcoming host that has truly made me feel like home! The room itself is super cozy and has all the amenities needed. The living room and kitchen area downstairs also falls nothing short of very good. There's a TV, and a spacious fridge if you have any food you'd like to keep overnight. All in all, I've really enjoyed my stay and am definitely coming back next time in Bristol.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Bini was extremely welcoming and friendly. Very cosy, comfortable and homely property, if you are looking for a home from home then this is the place for you. The bedroom was comfortable and I slept really well. I had use of the kitchen to warm up my supper and make a brew in the morning, as well as the bathroom, which was very handy. Would definitely go back if I'm heading to Bristol again. The parking space was right outside the front door, so very handy.

Of course I know you won’t post this but your loosing a regular user because you won’t deal with the issue

Bookings does this stupid thing of putting up properties that cannot accommodate on the night you want. I should check but the other sites use don’t do this. Bookings is obviously the smallest minded money grubbing site and I’ll have to use the others more.

Ubytování bylo krásně připravené a čisté. Hostitel byl velice nápomocný a komunikoval i v pozdních hodinách. Byla jsem na jednu noc a nic mi nechybělo, bydlet v klasickém anglickém domě byl zážitek. Dobrý spoj do centra města. Rozhodně doporučuji.
