Canvas Bristol

The location was fantastic, and my friend and I loved hanging out in the main area playing pool and ping pong. While the room was on the smaller side, it was incredibly clean and cozy.

The shower drain was very slow to drain. I couldn't log into the guest hub, and unfortunately, the staff weren't able to assist, so I ended up giving up on it. The room provided a kettle and tea bags, but no actual mugs—just a single glass cup holding the cutlery. When I asked about a mug, staff suggested using one of the disposable cups instead.

FRIENDLY RELAXED STAFF WHO SHOW YOU TO THE ROOM. FANTASTIC LOCATION CLOSE TO THE CENTRE. VERY EASY TO COME AND GO. SURROUNDED BY STUDENTS SO VERY RELAXED.

BED WAS COVERED IN PLASTIC AND PILLOWS HAD NO FILLING. VIEW WAS ONTO STREET SO WINDOW OPENS DIRECTLY ONTO PASSERSBY VIEW. NO FRIDGE.

La situació i les instal.lacions.

Podria estar més net i el personal podria ser més amable.

Great location for the city and the bustle/good food of Stokes Croft. Felt secure. Quiet despite being central.

Shower was stone cold. Cooking facilities in studio useless without utensils, pans etc. Wifi worked but an explanation of how to log on would've been helpful, and same for all other facilities - if you're going to tell people to take their rubbish to the bin store before checkout, tell them where the bin store is. Initially booked for a different week (nonrefundable) - Booking.com need to make it much clearer that only students can stay except at specific times.
