The host was polite and responsive, and handled a difficult situation with other guests appropriately when it occurred.
The accommodation was generally acceptable and well located.
Lack of control over other guests caused repeated noise disturbances, especially at night.
The wooden floors and staircase amplify noise significantly, making it difficult to sleep.
House rules were not clearly enforced from the beginning, which negatively affected comfort and rest.
