Fantastic wvalue for money

Studio in Room 3. Fantastic location between Clifton and centre and amazing value for money. A short walk from Clifton village and convenient cheap bus routes for going up-and-down Park Street to the centre if needed. Uber readily available 24/7. Parking in West End multi-storey convenient nearby but expensive. Very comfortable bed , and great kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle, microwave and stove. We didn't use the last two but you could be completely self catering if you wish, with a small table and two chairs by the window. Nice bathroom just a few steps away from the door. Quiet in the house. Planning to stay there again for a week next month.

Would have liked more pillows, and a bit more than the absolute bare essential two mugs , two very small glasses etc, but that is a very minor quibble , considering the value for money.

Location was excellent. The room was ok. You have your own private sink which is a plus.

The bathrooms were in horendous condition. Not clean at all. I guess this has to do with the residents more than the hosts who provide cleaning every week.

Location is centrally located near Triangle. Rooms are clean and big.

Very dirty washroom Even after cleanup by staff it was dirty Drain was full of hair and water logging was seen everywhere. Wash basin was super dirty Would never book again

Woodhouse cannot keep noises I only saw two bathrooms for the whole place. Don’t have a bread toaster in the kitchen The living room is dirty have not been clean for a while, and the electricity doesn’t work for night times. The window can be opened very little in every room . Not enough airflow for hot days. Room 9 the walls need to be repainted to cover up the stains n the bed is next to water tank - can hear water running from time to time.

Very convenient short stay residence near the city centre.

Room was pleasant and comfortable. It suited my needs perfectly for my stay. The residence was easy to access and was in a prime location to the city centre. Reception was very helpful and message responses were quick.

The bathroom facilities, although adequate, were not the most cleanly. The shower drains were clogged in one of the bathrooms. There was also a point during my stay where toilet paper had run out for all bathrooms. This was remedied later but should not have been a problem initially. Potentially an extra cleaning session performed during the week would resolve these issues.

Really sorry I stayed here.

The room was as clean as the cleaner could make it. The hot water was hot.

Although I had pre-paid (Patpal), I was refused entry until I gave them My bank card details and told I would not be given a refund. A clause in a folder found in the room stated that ii you used too much internet it would be cut off. Another stated that if the house was broken in to, all occupants would be held responsible for all costs and damages. Now I understand why they insisted on the card details. No towels provided though there was an option to rent them seperately. I initially thought the house was derelict, it had a For Rent sign outside. I stay in quite a lot of properties and don't require much (I thought other reviewers might have been expecting too much), but i can't recommend this place at all. BY FAR the worst I've been in. Do yourself a favor, don't book this.

Not a good experience

Not much like the room was on the top floor with a very narrow staircase. I experienced difficulties taking my case upstairs. I had to check out earlier than usual since I had to plan how to carry my stuff all the way down again. My room was painted white and the wall paper was peeling away. It would have been better if the bathroom was on that floor unfortunately I had to go downstairs every time for the bathroom

The kitchen is on the ground floor and I was on the top floor 5th so I had to come downstairs to use the kitchen facilities.

Excellent location, high ceilings and quite comfortable room. Easy to access and affordable price.

Cleanileness, but that was not due to cleaners but other guests. Not having pan or utensils in the bedroom despite it having a stove/oven. That there was an added fee for towels.

Premises very old and overused, Very dirty kitchen, microwave not working. Room flood had holes in it. Room smelled damp and “old”. Cleaner come once a week. Nice cleaners but definitely not enough for the guest traffic

Très bon emplacement dans le quartier de l’université. Prix raisonnable. Chambres confortables et spacieuses. Dispose d’espaces collectifs. Personnel disponible et très à l’écoute en amont de la réservation.

Les espaces collectifs manquaient un peu d’entretien. L’ensemble du logement était propre mais un peu vieillissant.

Buen precio, calidad suficiente y el baño sucio.

La localización está a 15 minutos andando de todo el centro. La habitación tiene los muebles suficientes aunque el colchón no es de mucha calidad. El baño compartido tiene una limpieza pésima. Y la cocina está muy completa. Pasé bastante frío, ya que había apagado por la fecha la calefacción, y tuve que pedir una calefacción que me ofrecieron previo pago de una señal.

Me gustó, pero el baño no puede estar en esas condiciones a diario.
