Disappointing

Nothing really

Everything.the studio i rented had nothing to do with pictures on the advert.the whole place was very old.every step made on the floor was coming with that horrible noise.i booked it for two people but the bed was actually so small,it was double but the mattress was so bad,was no chance two people been able to have nice sleep.i ended up sending my parents(i booked the studio for them) to my house and I stayed in there.so I paid for two people but was only me.shared toilet was not good at all.with cleaning only once a week.the communal areas as bad as the studio.glad I didn’t even check the bathroom.in the advert was said there is a car park but actually there was only 4 spaces on the road and if you get a spot be lucky.i ended up with a penalty for parking on double yellow.cuze there is nowhere around.definitely wont go there again

the Bed was confortable

Dirty room the fridge below the table some humidity in the wall. The wardrobe was something arranged very bad. I'm still waiting to receive 1 pound back for the deposit. They told me 5 days ago that is on the way, until now nothing.

Worst experience ever

The location was quiet and the staff (Marta) was very helpful and communicative.

This was probably the worst accomodation experience I have ever had so far. From the start I felt deceived because I remembered to have booked a room with a private bathroom but in the end there was no private bathroom, it was a shared one, so I think the advertisement of the room was misleading because if it was clear it didn't have a private bathroom I wouldn't have booked in the first place. The shared bathroom was only cleaned once per week, it should be cleaned every day and multiple times per day since it is a shared bathroom. At some point I had to clean vomit from the toilet because someone puked and left it dirty, so I grabbed toilet paper and hand soap and tried to clean it. They should, at the very least, provide cleaning products so guests can clean it. During our stay we were awaken by this malfunctioning fire-alarm, first time it was during the afternoon as we were trying to rest after our travel and the second time was before 8 am on a sunday morning! We could not sleep after that. Also, it was not clear there were no towels or shower gel included, so we were dumbstroke when we found out we didn't have any towels included. The blinders barely covered the light so for a light sensitive person would be impossible to sleep after the sun goes up.

Never stay there again

I have to ask for WFI password 5 times and when finally I have, signal was very bad .Very bad WFI. Dirty kitchen and bathroom,not even toilet rolls. On website shows that my apartment has washing machine and TV. All lies .Very horrible women in office, not helping at all.

Établissement à éviter. Aucune chambre n'est correcte.

Désorganisation totale de l'établissement vis à vis de l'attribution des chambres. Je suis entré dans la chambre qui m'a été attribuée mais quelle surprise de voir que quelqu'un était déjà allongé dans le lit. J'ai donc eu une autre chambre où l'odeur de moisissire était insupportable . Puis une autre chambre où mon lit s'est effondré pendant la nuit. A fuir !
