There is no help once I contact for help with internet no one take calls or didn’t answer

They are scammers fake photos: Better to book another hotel to stay in rather than waste your money.

I like the location as it was close to the city centre and the train station.

I swear it makes me sick. Even though I paid for the room, I preferred to spend the night in my car. The conditions I found in the room were shocking; it felt like I was in a homeless person's home. I feel very sorry for the person who was with me. The towels were not clean and had a terrible smell. The shower and toilet were broken, and I had to wait ages for hot water—sometimes it was cold, and sometimes it was accidentally hot. I don't know what to say; everything was so dirty that it made me feel nauseous. I didn't sleep at all that night. Most importantly no hot water and toilet paper so grab your own lmao.

Go for £100 hotel rather than pay here £50 with 0 zero facilities.

I like location as it was close to center so location is good also parking place so it was good.

Nothing was good at about property. I can’t sleep whole night I heard all night people footsteps noise which makes me uncomfortable and unsafe. Apart from that doors locks are not secure anyone can just hit and come inside lmao which seems horrible night mare. Also there were no tissue papers that’s bonus for us for 0 facility 😭😂. Washed but bad towels. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: There was no hot water 😭😭I didn’t take shower coz of this issue. I am gonna attached the reality of this property you can watch the videos and photos. Good luck.

The plaster was falling off the walls, carpets VERY dirty and worn, furniture and bedding very unhygienic. Ash tray in the middle of the front room and used condom under bed. Would stay very clear from this place it was absolutely filthy

overall cleanliness and appearance of the room was poor and would not recommend staying here

could access netflix and youtube on the tv and used the microwave in shared kitchen. the bed was somewhat comfortable

as soon as you walk into the room there was a stench of weed. the furniture (chair in living room and chair at desk in bedroom) were unstable- on the living room chair, one of the legs were not attached properly and the desk chair just didnt feel sturdy at all. the plaster on the walls in a lot of parts of the room had fallen off and there was black mould buildup around the edges and a lot by the radiator. the pillows on the bed were flat and clearly very old and there was a patch of carpet missing. this place is in need of a major glow up and refurbishment

The room does not look this this it is discussing not clean at all the walls are dirty and not at all what they seem on the picture you can hear everyone else in the house even when they take one step there are insects nests in the bathroom I didn’t even check in the room because if I seen these I would not be able to sleep

très décevant

la chambre ne se trouve pas très loin du centre de Bristol

nuit du 29 au 30 mars 2025. Le lit était sale, on peut se demander si les draps ont été changés. Il y avait de la moisissure sur les murs et la fenêtre était cassée. Les photos présentées sur Booking ne sont en aucun cas en rapport avec celles-ci.
