Good stay in central Lucca

The location was perfect being in the main square but surprisingly the apartment wasn't loud. The washing machine was a bonus. The kitchen was equipped to allow us to make a simple dinner. The wifi was good and there was hot water and great heating in the apartment.

The lighting was poor and the cleanliness could be improved.

Great location on Piazza San ,Michele. Prietro was friendly and helpful. Clean and met our needs.

Owner needs to activate air conditioning in the heat of summer!

Great location and facilities it’s very clean and in the heart of Lucca.

On arrival we were told that the owner had locked the air conditioner off. In the middle of summer with just a fan meant that we had to sleep with the windows open, the noise from the piazza and the mosquitos kept us up and made it an uncomfortable night.

Fantastic. Amazing.

This place is amazing. Right on the piazza with views of the church; the location cannot be beaten. The photos don't do justice to the height of the ceilings which are to be expected in a wonderful old building like this. Pietro could not have been more helpful despite me changing things at the last moment and a train strike. Unbelievable value for money. Even if the weather isn't good then views from the window will make up for it. This place is class.

Peccato, piccole cure che non ci sono state e...pulizia scarsa.

La pulizia è davvero scarsa. La doccia era troppo sporca per lavarci. Il piano ad induzione era sporco ed i vetri delle finestre ...anche loro sporchi. Ho chiesto un lenzuolo ed una coperta supplementari è solo arrivato un copriletto che non mi ha dato la sensazione di pulito. Nessun collegamento ad internet. Con poche attenzioni in piu ed una pulizia molto piu profonda potrebbe diventare l'alloggio per il quale varrebbe il prezzo per cui ho pagato.

Buena elección en Lucca

El apartamento está ubicado en un sitio privilegiado, bien céntrico en Plaza Michelle. Es muy luminoso y agradable, tiene instalaciones renovadas, linda cocina, con todo lo necesario para un rico desayuno. El baño es limpio y nuevo.

La cama no es tan cómoda, y en general es un poco ruidoso, por la ubicación.

Úžasné ubytování

Hladké předání klíčů. Vybavení bylo úžasné i doplnění ledničky (vody, mléko, med.. a výborná káva). Umístění apartmánu bylo skvělé, hned u krásného náměstí. Využily jsme i pračku. Velká spokojenost se vším.

- Bon emplacement en plein centre - Appartement spacieux, bien équipé - Personnel sympathique ponctuel et parlant anglais

- Bruit du centre ville la nuit - Immeuble avec escalier étroit - Linge manquant (torchon absent, serviette mouillée à mon arrivée jusqu'au soir) ou insuffisant (drap un peu petit, taie d'oreiller mise par moi-même, pas de couverture à 9°C la nuit (heureusement il y avait un duvet dans le placard)) - Globalement propre mais nettoyage sommaire malgré mon arrivée à presque 15h
