Federico is a great host. He's reliable, a fine young man that is willing to make your stay as good as possible in a discreet and attentive way. He has all the tips you need to make fantastique your séjour at Lucca. The bed is comfortable and the Art Books we enjoyed reading gave you a more deep sense and character about the place you are staying at. The décor is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is unbeattable, we loved to have everything so close! Piazza Puccini, Piazza San Michele, breakfast at Tadeucci, Buca S. Antonio, Tosca Restaurant, Pult, caffè Santa Zita, etc etc etc and Palazzo Manzi, what a jewel!!!

The stairs are challenging but once you get trained your leg muscles will thank you!

The apartment is spacious and strikingly beautiful, and located in the very heart of the city. A supermarket is in the same building, and many cafes around.

Although generally well-equipped, there are small flaws here and there - e.g., no electric kettle, Nespresso machine not operational (the moka pot saves the day though).

Pulizia solo superficiale (cassetti delle stoviglie molto sporchi), angoli più nascosti impolverati, sporcizia sulle scale nella rampa di accesso alla casa, odore fortissimo di scarico soprattutto il primo giorno, mancanza di piatti e posate a sufficienza.
