Beautiful apartment in central locatiom

The apartment is located very centrally in a beautifully renovated old apartment building, with comfortable furniture, modern appliances, and a friendly host.

The only thing that made my stay a little less comfortable was an issue with receiving the wrong keys at self check in, which took some time to resolve. Guests should maybe also be aware that it can be rather noisy during the summer festival, not just during the actual concerts, but also late into the night and early in the morning as they refurbish the stage for the next artist.

Lovely flat top in the city walls of beautiful Lucca

Very clean and well layer out. Comfortable bed. Lovely small but good to use bathroom. Attractive decor. Also the advice sheet on shops restaurants what to see was excellent . Although we never found the stone commemorating Caesar Pompeii et Al meeting 😂. It’s fair to say we enjoyed staying at the flat. Very convenient and also nice views.

Bella città! Bel alloggio!

Located right in the middle of Lucca, inside the historic centre, is this little gem in easy reach of everything. The flat itself is clean, modern and spacious with air conditioning, a nice strong shower and a good Wi-Fi connection. The windows open out onto the Piazza Napoleone which is lively in the day with lots going on. At night, it's quiet and the windows do a good job at keeping the noise out. The flat is also a short walk from the Piazza San Michele where we spent many an evening chatting with locals and listening to the buskers whilst our kids played in the square. Recommend! Grazie.

Stylish but unpractical

Modern, stylish and perfect location. Hosts are very helpful.

A lot of noise around the apartment - air conditioning, people on the street, etc. Facilities: you do have a washing machine but nothing to dry your laundry, vacuum cleaner does not work properly… We chose the apartment because it had a balcony. There was one but we didn’t spend time there because it is small, dark and dirty.

Fun apartment,

Beautiful apartment, so much space, windows looking out to the square, quirky fun furniture, comfortable bed and sofa, we loved it.

We found it very noisy in the square, below, especially, Fri and Sat, nights. As you would expect.

Great location, beautiful apartment

Great self check-in and check-out, so no having to wait around! Location is fantastic and very central, although because of this there is some street noise. New apartment in traditional building, spotlessly clean with a very spacious living room and bedroom, both with air-con units, independently controlled, which was great in the heat. Well fitted kitchen, with plenty crockery, glasses & cutlery. Basics - tea, coffee, oil etc provided. Washing machine was great as we were on a 12-day holiday with just hand luggage! Bed was a proper double & linen was just perfect for the July temperatures. Nice towels and a lovely bathroom with big shower (watch out for the light switching off mid-shower as it is on a sensor!) Lovely touch of a bottle of wine and water upon arrival. Mosquito plug-ins provided, which was good as we did get bitten while out and about. Shops, bars, restaurants all within a few minutes walk, including several supermarkets. A 10-15 minute easy walk from the train station. Jessica was very helpful, and prompt, in answering any questions during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

The patio wasn't very usable due to the mosquitoes/flies and it didn't catch the sun. No oven, just a microwave with grill. Noise at night might disturb light sleepers, especially in the bedroom which overlooks an alley. Also, a buzzing noise could be heard in the night - possibly an air-con unit from another apartment as we had the ones in the apartment switched off. I would recommend earplugs if nighttime noise bothers you.

Confort e relax

L'alloggio è molto bello, dispone di un ampio soggiorno/cucina, con finestre che affacciano sulla piazza principale. Sempre nel soggiorno/cucina è presente un comodissimo divano, un tavolo spazioso che da l’idea di solidità e una tv (credo) 50 pollici orientabile. La dotazione di pentole, piatti, bicchieri e posate è completa. C’è anche un pratico forno a microonde dotato di funzione grill. Sul pavimento c’è un parquet: passeggiare all’interno dell’appartamento scalzi è confortevole. Il bagno dispone di una cabina doccia spaziosa, come se si fosse a casa propria. La zona letto è situata nella parte interna del palazzo, in una piccola chiostrina, quindi lontano da eventuali rumori della piazza, l’ideale per riposare la notte. Gli scuri alle finestre sono veramente oscuranti ed è possibile dormire serenamente senza essere svegliati dalla luce del sole al mattino. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: praticamente in un punto nevralgico del centro storico, accanto a Piazza Grande e a pochissima distanza dalla Chiesa di San Michele. In breve tempo a piedi è possibile raggiungere tutte le altre attrazioni della città ed anche la stazione ferroviaria. Il personale della struttura è gentile e cortese e ci ha dato il massimo supporto.
