The location is fantastic in the Piazza San Francesco on the top floor with views and a lot of light during the day. The apartment has stairs only as it is an old building where most old buildings do not have room for an elevator. I would stay there again as it had a very warm feeling of home.
The stairs offer great exercise but you may need a stop or two if you are carrying up heavy items. The view when you get to the apartment is worth the walk.
