Everything was very good.

It was very close to the center. It was a comfortable, quiet, and calm area.

We had a really hard time contacting the agency. It would be great if they made the registration process a little easier. Everyone has a hard time registering. My suggestion for this system is to simply require a photo of your passport or ID card. It's really frustrating to ask so many questions and fill out a whole page.

Posizione comoda vicino al centro, ampio appartamento a piano terra con tutto quello che serve.

Un po' datato ma funzionale alle necessità, la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare.

Preis Leistung und Lage Spitze

Beste Lage, Preis Leistung top. Sauberkeit in Ordnung, aber genau hinschauen darf man nicht. Möbellierung zweckmäßig, Klima , Waschmaschine usw voll funktionstüchtig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es ist für die zentrale Lage wirklich sehr leise und angenehm. Wir hatten nach starkem Regen, Wasser auf dem Boden. Also Gepäck besser hoch stellen. Kostenlos parken innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten Fußmarsch.

Doppelbett im Dreibettzimmer sehr laut und ungemütlich. Spülmaschine funktioniert nur mäßig und hängt sich wegen der WLAN Funktion dauernd auf.

Lucca ist wirklich toll. Die Leute, die Stadt, das Essen, .... Bella Italia!

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war natürlich top. Ruhig, in einer Seitenstraße gelegen,... Gaststätten, Bars, Geschäfte... alles in Reichweite. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle gut zu erreichen. Man darf mit Fahrzeugen nicht in die Innenstadt fahren. Das ist aber kein Problem. Es gibt Parkplätze in kurzer Entfernung, sodass man dort parken und sein Gepäck zur Wohnung fahren kann.

La posizione della struttura è buona in quanto a piedi sei proprio nel centro

L’appartamento non è molto pulito, mi é caduto un giocattolo della bimba sotto il letto eeehhhh addiooooo un mucchio di polvere. C’è uno strano odore in casa, credo che provenga dal giardinetto / pozzo luce che affaccia alla cucina. Tutto molto retrò. L’ingresso (in comune con altri) molto sporco. La mattina nonostante le finestre chiuse (non termiche) ci siamo svegliati alle 5 per il rumore dei gabbiani, ma anche una persona che parla al cellulare e passa da lì si sente tutto.
