I would consider staying here again, but only if the construction was completed.

Christina met us at the door, and she was so sweet and helpful. The apartment was very well located with a view of the Piazza. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a shower and a bath. The washing machine came in handy too. The kitchen was adequate enough for what we needed. The stairs (approximately 45) was tough at first especially bringing up luggage. After that it wasn't too bad.

To no fault of the apartment there was a constant noise from the construction by the main bedroom. They were working on two different buildings behind us. There were also restaurants right below us and people were quite loud into the late hours 12:00- 1:30 am. It was rough to get a good nights rest.

No AC in kitchen area, if using Sofa bed during summer unable. We unable to use kitchen area as much as we wished due to heat

A fabulous stay in a charming flat.

The location of the property is perfect with a great view of the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro from the kitchen table. There is everything you need in the little kitchen to prepare meals. A really spacious flat, with some beautiful traditional pieces of furniture mixed with modern. Air condition in the bedroom worked well. Lucciano, the host, was easy to contact. Be a great place for a family to make their base.

Ottima posizione, appartamento delizioso, letto comodissimo, prezzo giusto!

Struttura bella, accogliente e calda. La vista sulla piazza ripaga la fatica delle scale. La posizione è ottimale per lasciare l’auto parcheggiata fuori dalle mura ed entrare comodamente a piedi in città. Staff cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

Le scale, per arrivare al terzo piano, sono stette e scomode. I gradini alti e non uniformi non sono adatti a tutti.

Geweldig verblijf en locatie

Geweldige locatie aan het plein! Super gezellig met live muziek. Accommodatie had alles en was heel comfortabel en schoon. Alles prima geregeld.

We waren er met een feestdag, daardoor wat last van lawaai.

Lucca on a glance

Posizione fantastica, con affaccio su Piazza dell' Anfiteatro. Appartamento al 3 piano (senza ascensore ma parliamo di un palazzo storico...) ampio (siamo in 5), pulito, confortevole, dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Caldo, dotato di 2 bagni. A piedi si visita tutta Lucca. Ipermercato a 2 passi, trattorie e bar sotto casa. Host molto gentile e disponibile.
