It is very well quips and is close to the center. Also the parking is very important.

To our opinion it needs better and newer furniture and kitchenware. Old cups and plates should be thrown away. And a better bed and mattress should be bought. Plastic cover on the table makes it cheap, without any reason. It has ALL THE FACILITIES AND NEW BATHROOMS, it even has a dishwasher and budge TV, but looks poor because of the cheap things all around. Overall it is value for money, since people like us only go for few days and the advantages are greater than the decoration or some dust. I must mention that we particularly thank the owner (or the person who runs the place) for helping us to our extremely late check in, because of the traffic jam we suffered coming from the south of France. We recommend the place for a short easy stay near the city center.

Muy bien hemos estado muy agusto y cómodo. Esta muy cerca del centro! Dejas el coche y te olvidas y vas andando a todos los lados.

De lokatie is geweldig. Het appartement is ruim en goed ingericht. Rustig. Comminiceren met de vriendelijke host en binnenkomen en parkeren was even lastig maar toen we de engelstalige instructies kregen ging het goed.

We hadden een warme nacht. Een ventilator was wel erg fijn geweest. En de hoofdkussens op het bed waren niet goed. Slap en warm.

El parking era MUY estrecho y no nos avisó de ello hasta el mismo día, aun cuando hacía un mes entero que le habíamos preguntado sobre el parking. Fue muy complicado llegar. Las calles de acceso estaban en obras y nos dijo por dónde NO entrar, pero no por dónde sí hacerlo. Todos los gps te mandaban por las calles que no eran y tardamos mucho en encontrar cómo acceder al alojamiento. El edificio olía mucho a humedad y se colaba un poco en la casa. Aunque estaba limpia.
