Great little place

Great location - although a bit difficult to find and a bit stressful navigating the closed off streets! Ideal for our one night stop off while travelling through France. Lovely little apartment, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Short walk (around 15 mins) to the centre and cathedral. Lively street nearby but lovely and quiet in the flat. The parking was very handy and secure.

Just a bit tricky to get to because of the closed off streets but we managed in the end!

Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner les repas et petits déjeuners . Les explications fournies étaient très claires et précises donc aucun problème . Le logement est au calme et en même temps très bien situé en ville.

Super Sache für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Besonders toll ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, den wir mit unserem X1 (Baujahr 2024) genutzt haben. Man muss etwas zirkeln, aber es hat gut geklappt. Länger hätte das Auto aber nicht sein dürfen. Die Unterkunft ist groß und entspricht den Fotos. Für uns war sie perfekt für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise.

Wir kochen sehr gerne und es war zwar irgendwie alles da, aber es ist schade, dass es zB nicht qualitativ bessere Töpfe gibt.

Cuidado con el parking

La ubicación es perfecta, a menos de diez minutos andando del centro.

El parking era MUY estrecho y no nos avisó de ello hasta el mismo día, aun cuando hacía un mes entero que le habíamos preguntado sobre el parking. Fue muy complicado llegar. Las calles de acceso estaban en obras y nos dijo por dónde NO entrar, pero no por dónde sí hacerlo. Todos los gps te mandaban por las calles que no eran y tardamos mucho en encontrar cómo acceder al alojamiento. El edificio olía mucho a humedad y se colaba un poco en la casa. Aunque estaba limpia.

Ramp en gevaarlijk om parkeergarage te bereiken!!! 1,5 uur extra reis- en stresstijd hiervoor!!!

Parkeerplaats, in andere straat dan accomodatie, is rampzalig te bereiken! Routebeschrijving van verhuurder naar accomodatie én parkeerplaats kloppen niet. Straat waar parkeergarage ligt is afgesloten én geblokkeerd aan één kant. Deze afsluiting niet vermeld in routebeschrijving. 1,5 uur bezig geweest om andere ingang van straat parkeerplaats te vinden! Hiervoor meerdere keren de halve stad door moeten rijden inclusief op trambaan tegen de richting van tram in, waar t verboden is voor auto's, behalve bewoners. Tram als tegenligger gehad: gevaarlijk! Meerdere lokale omstanders moeten vragen. Fijn nog 1,5 uur stressen in plaats van afschakelen 's avonds na lange reisdag.... 2 persoonsbed is voor smurfen. Geen slaapbank dus geen oog dicht gedaan op ook al te kleine bank

Di passaggio

Mi è piaciuta la grandezza dell'appartamento, il terrazzo, la luminosità e sopratutto, la vicinanza al centro della città. L'appartamento era ben pulito. La posizione era fantastica, c'erano molti negozi sotto casa ed il centro distava solo 5 minuti a piedi. Per chi non ama neanche fare 5 minuti a piedi, c'è il tram sotto casa. Ho scelto questo appartamento per la posizione e per il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Il parcheggio si trova nel garage condominiale ma è davvero un incubo perche stretto e bisogna fare molte manovre. Ideale per lasciare la macchina e scordarsela fino a fine vacanza! Nonostante tutto ho parcheggiato una BMW X1 del 2024 con barre sul tetto e box per le valige! Abbiamo avuto modo di parlare con il proprietario che ci ha seguito e portato sia in garage, fino all'appartamento, in realtà il tutto il percorso per l'accesso è un po complicato ma alla fine si fa! :) Il proprietario ci è sembrato gentile e disponibile, non so chi gestisca la casa perche ho avuto l'impressione che sulla messagistica di booking mi rispondesse un'altra persona. La città di Orleans è davvero bella. Mi hanno spiegato che è stata completamente rinnovata negli anni 2000 ed ora è proprio un gioiellino. Si possono noleggiare le bici e fare il percorso sulla Loira, trovando davvero molte aree verdi e spazi per le famiglie. Tornerei sicuramente ma...leggete cosa non mi è piaciuto! ;)

In ogni angolo c'è scritto "divieto di fumare", ma appena arrivati abbiamo sentito un forte odore di tabacco che ha dato fastidio a me e la mia famiglia non essendo fumatori. La colazione non era inclusa, ho trovato solo qualche pads per la macchina da caffè Senseo. C'era solo il filtro per una capsula, avevo comprato le cialde "Cappucino" pe la Senseo, ma mi serviva il filtro per due capsule per poterle usare. La cucina non era molto fornita, si, c'erano tutti gli elettrodomestici ma mancavano gli utensili. Poche forchette, coltelli, ecc, e sopratutto in cucina non vi era un tavolo o un piano di appoggio per cucinare. I letti erano davvero scomodi. Quello matrimoniale era con le vecchie molle e il materasso super "moscio", quindi la schiena affondava in una curvatura che non ti faceva dormire per tutta la notte. Il giorno dopo abbiamo dormito sul divano letto al posto dei bambini, un po meglio ma anche quello sembrava essere rotto e si dormiva male. Fortunatamente abbiamo dormito solo due notti. Non lo consiglio per soggiorni maggiori. Avendo due bambini (insomma, 9 e 13 anni, quindi ragazzi) ci hanno dato due asciugamani piccoli per loro. Questi erano davvero piccoli, come se fossero per il bidet!!!! Quando ho chiesto se fosse possibile averne due piu grandi, mi hanno risposto che erano le "regole" della casa (???)! Ho poi ottenuto 1 (uno solo in piu) grande che è stato condiviso dai miei figli!!!! La lavatrice è presente ma non c'era lo stendibiancheria, quindi l'ho chiesto e me l'hanno portato il giorno dopo, purtroppo non ho potuto fare una lavatrice quando volevo ma ho dovuto aspettare. Mi hanno bussato alle 8 di mattina per portarmelo (che poi era dentro casa ma in una stanza chiusa a chiave (??) ), quindi mi hanno svegliato molto presto. Detto questo, se i proprietari gestissero meglio l'appartamento, e sistemassero le cose suscritte, sicuramente ritornerei.

Avis mitigé

L'appartement est tres bien situé, a deux pas de la Cathedrale. Le logement est bien equipe et comporte une chambre dont le lit est tres confortable.

Il ne convient, malheureusement, pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Un forfait de 15€ est demande pour la location d'un lit parapluie qui etait cassé... Nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser (donc pas payer non plus). Le logement comportement un second lit, divan clic clac, tres tres dur. Tellement inconfortable que nous avons passé la nuit a nous retourner.

Aucune information pour l’accès au moment de notre arrivée Le gps nous indique d’entrer dans une rue bloquée par un échafaudage impossible d’y passer obligé de contourner et rouler sur les voies du tram Ensuite la propriétaire en ligne qui nous donne des informations très peu précises pour trouver l’accès au parking qui est dans une autre rue que l’accès à l’appartement….et qui paraît agacée quand je la rappelle pour avoir le code de la boîte à clé que j’ai oublié dans tout ça Bref arrivée compliquée qui aurait pu être simplifiée par l’envoi des instructions Et en entrant dans l’appartement forte odeur de tabac nous avons du aérer un bon moment

Parkeren is voor gevorderden, maar het gemak van al je bagage slechts een trapje verwijderd van je appartement is ongekend.
