UNPLEASANT MEAN HOSTS CONTROLLING ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND INSTRUCTING US TO CLEAN THE PLACE

DEFINITELY AND DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, PARTICULARLY FOR THE CONTINENTAL GUESTS 1) ON ARRIVAL WE WERE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE FLAT UNTIL WE PAID DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF EUR 250 2) HAD INSTRUCTIONS TO MINIMISE THE USAGE OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY, OTHERWISE HAD TO PAY EXTRA (THEY WOULD VIGILANTLY CHECK THE METERS BEFORE AND AFTER WE LEFT) 3) RICKETY CHAIRS WHICH FELT THAT AS THEY EASILY BREAK (SO WE DIDN'T SIT ON THE CHAIRS) 4) HAD INSTRUCTIONS OF EMPTYING THE DISH WASHER, CLEANING THE OVENS AND FRIDGE, EMPTYING AND PUTTING OUT THE RUBBISH BAGS, INCLUDING RECYCLING. WE ARE PAYING GUESTS NOT CLEANERS 5) THEY DIDN'T GAVE US THE FULL REFUND AS THEY DON'T COVER THE EXCHANGE RATES (THEY DON'T PUT THAT ON THE BOOKING PAGE) AND REFUSED AFTER CONTACTING THEM WE FELT UNCOMFORTABLE USING ANYTHING AT THE FLAT IN CASE SOMETHING BROKE EVEN IF UNINTENTIONALLY DESCRIBED AS IN THE HEART OF THE CITY, WHEN AS IT IS QUITE A WALK OVER A MILE 6) WE FELT OBLIGED TO CHECK ANY DAMAGE OR FAULTS TO PROTECT OURSELVES, SO WE TOOK PHOTOS AND REPORTED TO THEM ON ARRIVAL WE DIDN'T ENJOY OUR STAY AS WE HAD THE FEELING AS WE WERE BEEN MONITORED AND THERE WOULD BE ANY EXCUSE TO CHARGE US

The location was very good, plus secure parking. The apartment was pretty spacious.

There wasn't enough crockery for 4 people. There was only a single 2-seater sofa, and no furniture of any note. Nowhere to put anything, no wardrobes, drawers.

De ligging en de parkeermogelijkheden

Er is weinig licht. Van één raam waren de luiken dicht en leek het niet aangeraden ze open te doen wegens de slechte staat waarin ze zich bevonden. Beperkt kookgerei dat bovendien in slechte staat was. Douchen zonder de badkamer nat te maken is niet mogelijk.

Appartement bien situé, simple au niveau du matériel, bien pour un séjour d'une nuit.

Appartement lumineux, haut de plafond, agréable. Lits simples mais confortables, nuit assez calme pour un samedi soir, malgré la chambre avec fenêtre sur rue et le bruit continu de ventilation de la maison d'en face.

Mobilier très bon marché, le support de la douche était déjà cassé. Quelques objets supplémentaires pourraient être bienvenus: un crochet pour suspendre la serviette dans la salle de bain, un pot pour servir du thé ou de l'eau, un torchon à la cuisine. Nous avons demandé de recevoir les infos finales par SMS car pas de connexion internet le jour-même, et nous avons reçu les infos pour le Wi-Fi par mail à 11h (vu le lendemain de chez nous), donc pas pu se connecter: les infos notées sur le document papier dans l'appartement n'étaient pas les bonnes et impossible de les demander par mail.

Me pidieron una garantía de 300 Euros y confirmaron el cargo en la tarjeta en lugar de dejarlo Pendiente como habitualmente hacen con las cauciones, si bien me devolvió la caucion me generó inconvenientes con la tarjeta de credito por el periodo de cierre de la tarjeta y el tipo de cambio aplicado por el banco generandome gastos adicionales. Ademas el anfitrión mandó un mensaje informando que el consumo máximo de electricidad era de 20 Kw diarios y iba a cobrar el excedente descontándolo de la caucion, algo que no estaba en la descripción de Booking, por lo tanto me pareció arbitrario
