It's a small but functional studio. Very good location, walking distance to the very centre.

The location is very good: a walking distance to the historic centre. The place was very quiet despite open windows and trams operating in the street. The street is quiet, only local traffic. The studio, although small, had everything we needed.

No street parking on that street. A few minutes' walk from a parking place.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious enough. Smart TV was a bonus. Washing machine and drier downstairs were very useful. 5min walk to the Loire and 10-15min walk to the town centre, depending on where you want to go. Great value for money

The fan was great, but no A/C for the hot days, which can be an issue if you like your room to be really cool.

Perfect location, wonderful place fantastic hosts.

This property is in the centre of Orleans, accessible by foot to all major attractions and the tram. The location is perfect. The studio is very nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The hosts are exceptional attending to all your needs. From providing instructions in a timely manner to getting out of their way to guarantee you are comfortable. An absolutely wonderful place to stay and the price is just right!

Difficile d accès Escalier très étroit et raide pour atteindre le studio Impossibilité de se garer proche de l appartement Les parties communes sont bruyantes et la porte de l appartement est une simple porte de chambre en bois. Pas très sécurisant. Certes il y a un sauna cependant ce n est pas ce que je recherchais. Le prix est selon moi trop élevé. Maximum 60 euros serait plus raisonnable.

Ik stond met een aanhanger voor de deur en kon niet parkeren. Bij de eerste plaats waar ik kon stilstaan geannuleerd. Andere dag een mail gekregen met een heel verhaal waar ik eventueel kon parkeren. Inmiddels was ik thuis. Gelijk weer gereageerd. Boeking is via Klana toch geïncasseerd Ik ben zeer teleur gesteld.

Un escalón algo peligroso al entrar, que sería conveniente avisar en la puerta. Escalera de caracol bastante incómoda para subir con equipaje. Las fotos confunden bastante y crean expectativas...ya que puede ocurrir que uno espera lo que no hay
