Central Apt in Orleans

Clean, central and responsive hosts. Great wifi and comfy bed.

If you have mobility issues you will have trouble getting up and down from the bed in the loft.

Central Stay in Orleans

Central, clean and helpful hosts. Wifi was reliable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Although some items were missing we stayed for an extra night. Was just what we needed.

There was no body soap, the heater wasn't working in the loft and if you’re a couple with mobility issues, you’ll find it challenging to get up and down from the loft when the double bed is. The host was responsive and i am sure they have addressed these issues.

A little hard to park long term, but to be expected right in the middle of Orleans. There's alternatives on the bigger streets or on the other side of the river.

Superb

The host, David, is a great gentelman. I was traveling with my parents and I asked him if we can check in early and he was so great by facilitating the check in. The place is located in a great area and everything was spectacular!

Pleasant

Great location in Orleans. It's very easy to stay in contact with the owner. Room is spaceous.

I felt very unsafe using the stairs to reach the little bedroom at the top. The stairs are steep, the treads are small and there are no guard rails. Right at the bottom of the stairs there is a concrete column, which means that if you lose balance you could fall with you head on a concrete wall. The room would definitely not pass a security inspection. I was glad I had to stay here only one night.

Excellent location for a cozy studio

Excellent location in Orleans centre. The studio's furniture was basic but good enough. We even found coffee pods for the machine. There are plenty of parking possibilities (but must check the price and timings: some parking are expensive, some are closed at nights and on Sundays). Parking on the street is possible but you have to hunt for a spot. Cleanliness was mostly ok with small misses. Good WIFI! Exceptional communication with the host!

It is an old building and the studio is on the last floor. Going up with bulky or heavy luggage is no fun. It was cold when we arrived and the first night was a bit chilly. The shower is a bit strange.

L'appartement de David est parfait pour découvrir Orléans le temps d'un week-end. Situé en centre ville, pas loin de la gare et du centre historique, on pouvait aller à pied partout. L'appart était très propre, confortable et spacieux.

Logement très agréable. Bien que situé en centre ville, nous n'entendons pas le bruit de la rue et des voitures.

Escalier pour monter à la chambre, un peu raide La température des radiateurs est bloquée (nous avons séjourné alors qu'il y avait de la neige, nous n'avons pas eutrès chaud)

super netter host, david ist total bemüht und zuverlässig! zehn Punkte für ihn und den service. sehr gute lage am rande der altstadt; kleines aber funktionales Appartment mit pragmatischer Einrichtung und modernem grossem bad; Basis Ausstattung Küche ist vorhanden; sehr praktisch und schön für einen Aufenthalt allein oder zu zweit oder für die durchreise

das Hochbett ist nicht für jeden einfach wegen steiler treppe... und als einzige tisch gibt es einen Hochtisch als esstisch mit barhockern. funktioniert gut, kann eventuell nur bei kleinen Kindern etwas hinderlich sein.
