Great appartment, close to the historic centre, with secure parking!

The flat was spacious and had a decent bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room. The car parking was secure. The outside balcony a bonus, and very nice for breakfast. The location (after arrival we walked everywhere) perfect.

I was slightly nervous about the automated entry via the app - but in practice it worked well. Counter-intuitively, I think the owner over communicated before we arrived, which made the process for entry sound more complex than it was.

Lovely apartment very conveniently located

Lovely apartment very conveniently located. Although the access instructions appeared complicated, once you were at the building it all made sense and felt very secure. The free parking was ideal as we did not need to drive during our stay with the shopping centre and main part of town on the doorstep.

It wasn’t a problem for the two of us, but the cooking facilities were limited with just a two ring electric hob and a microwave. The apartment can accommodate larger parties but self-catering for them would be a struggle.

convenience to old city sites. secure parking. spacious. everything provided that you needed. very clean . quiet inside the flat. good communications from owner. without these ( complete with photographs ) getting into the flat would be very difficult. reassuringly secure.

I was glad to have arrived in daylight. getting in was a bit complicated , especially the second door but luckily someone was coming out and let me in. not the nicest of areas but it is a trade off as very convenient for train station and the shopping centre and the city sights. the block of flats wasn’t very prepossessing but once inside the flat everything was modern and clean and comfortable. even the bed, which was firm but still comfortable.

Superb

-Apartment is located in the centre of Orléans. -You can access the shopping mall Gare d'Orléans connected with train station through parking garage. -Apartment is perfectly equipped - dinner and tea services, coffee machine, pots, pans, dishwasher (capsules for dishes included), washing machine, towels etc. -There is one bedroom for 2 and two folding-beds for another 4 persons, but I recommend the flat for 4 persons max. -Parking garage is a huge plus, big space for 5 metres long car :)

-Cleaning lady should be more precise as we found a lot of dust under folding-bed and on other spots as well. -We had a little problem with parking barrier in parking garage, but Fabrice came immediately to help us to remove the barrier. Mine recommendation: If you are coming by car, inform the owner by message beforehand. -As the apartment is next to train station, homeless people are centralised around. If you are a girl/woman and coming back during night, it is def not the safest place for you walking home alone.

Hier nie mehr wieder !

Leider hat uns nichts gefallen: Die "Nichtraucherwohnung" hat nach altem, festgesetztem Rauch gestunken. Hier hat ein Kettenraucher gelebt! Die Wohnung war nicht im 4. Stock, sondern ca. im 8. - der Ausblick ging auf das gegenüberliegende Hochhaus. Verschiedene Codes + App haben den Zutritt sehr umständlich gemacht. Die Einrichtung ist nüchtern und lieblos. Die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft! Der Boden ist bestenfalls schnell gesaugt - ansonsten ist alles eingestaubt. Die Bilder im Internet täuschen etwas ganz anderes vor! Hier sollte Booking.com mal prüfen. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral.

Der Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt, der Treteimer ist kaputt, der Eiswürfelbehälter ist in Fetzen im Schrank. Salz und Klarspüler fehlen in der Spülmaschine. Das Licht am Bett geht wohl nur über den Schalter im Schlafzimmer - Beschreibung hierzu fehlt. Für diese Wohnung ist der Die Toilette ist 1m² höchstens ohne Fenster - man muss die Türe aufmachen zum wieder anziehen. Preis einfach viel zu hoch. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen - kann sie aber auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Appartement cosy et lumineux, propreté impeccable et très, très bien placé au pied de la gare et du centre commercial avec tout sous la main et à quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Mention spéciale pour la literie, au top pour bien dormir. La procédure d'accès est très pratique avec une application très simple à télécharger sur le téléphone pour ouvrir la porte. L'étape idéale pour le week-end.
