It is next to the tram line so quite noisy in a couple of rooms. We were disappointed there was no soap for hands, hair or body. We travelled from Sydney so this isn’t something we would carry.

Breakfast across the road in the shop was fantastic!

The parking was great - but note that there is only ONE parking soace available in the private parking for the apartment, but this was not a problem as it there was also parking under the catherdral - a 5-10 min walk away.

Location,beds,beautiful large safe ,secure spacious apartment in the heart of town. Great parking facility.Easy instructions.

Not even hand soap.Ive seen many reviews of the apartment saying that.We didn’t get a chance to pick up one on our way there and shops were shut on Sunday. Please be considerate and keep a hand soap and maybe one laundry pod.Please take those many reviews of your apartment into account,that are saying the same.More mirrors always helpful. No coffee but plenty of cleaning stuff.

Great apartment to stay in on a long journey to the south of France

Was a really comfortable property, clean, amazing shower pressure, very nice wide open space and plenty of room. Parking was easy and safe with a security gate and the host was really nice when she met us. Great location to access restaurants and for a walk around town.

Its totally not the fault of the owner, but our only word of caution is somewhat to be expected. You're in the downtown city centre and right on a tram line and so it does become a little noisy. Cars and trams do run right through the evening. I slept great, but others might be more sensitive to noise.

A pleasant stay

The location is great with a secure parking onsite for free. The owner is very welcoming, friendly, and always replies very promptly. The whole unit is quite spacious with 2 toilets, which is very suitable for a family or group.

The kitchen floor needs some fixing, or it might injure people.

Super Noel en famille en plein cœur d’Orléans.

L’appartement est très grand avec une cuisine bien aménagée, une salle de bain très fonctionnelle et un chauffage efficace malgré la neige. Le quartier est génial avec tout le centre-ville en 5’ à pied. Les commerces alimentaires à proximité avec les halles Châtelet. Le parking dans une cour fermée est très appréciable dans ce quartier.

Le bruit du tram qui passe sous les fenêtres du salon est très présent. Heureusement que 2 des 3 chambres donnent sur la cour.

La position au centre et la propreté

Accueil très très désagréable … la personne qui nous a ouvert les portes a adopté un ton impoli et moralisateur pour répondre à deux questions, en nous faisant passer pour des enfants gâtés ( nous avons tous plus de 70 ans!) 🤨nous sommes vexés … nous avons quand même l’habitude de réserver par Booking et cela ne nous est jamais arrivé.

Casa molto grande: ben tre camere da letto, un grande salone, cucina ampia e attrezza, un bagno completo, un bagno con solo la tazza (lavandino e doccia sono nella camera da letto affianco). Posizione ottima, anche perché la città è molto piccola. Parcheggio privato all'interno del giardino del palazzo.

Appartement voor 1 nacht prima, mits je goed tegen herrie snachts kan.

Het appartement was zeer groot, dus je kunt er met veel tegelijk verblijven. Stad is zeer mooi en het appartement zit er midden in. Auto’s achter een hek die staan er veilig en je kunt je spullen er dus in laten zitten als je op doorreis bent.

De herrie op straat de hele nacht. Wij waren op doorreis en wilden hier dus een nachtje slapen zodat we weer fris verder konden maar helaas door de herrie snachts op straat van schreeuwend, lachende mensen bijna niet kunnen slapen. Ook auto’s met keiharde muziek ging de hele nacht door. Helaas vond ik daarom het appartement minder geschikt. Hier kan de verhuurder niet veel aan doen maar daardoor zou ik het wel niet meer boeken.

Большая квартира в центре Орлеана все основные достопримечательности в пяти минутах пешком. Два санузла. Три спальни, большой зал. Высокие потолки. Отличный интернет. Хороший холодильник. Отдельный восторг это парковка: закрытый просторный двор и много свободных мест. Брелок от ворот для въезда на связке с ключами в боксе. Инструкция по заселению понятная.

Конечно квартира и мебель староваты, паркет скрипит, но в этом есть свой шарм и нас не напрягало. Трамваи тоже не мешали...

Im allgemeinen sehr gut, viel Platz und mit tollen Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz in der Nähe

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Möbel waren teilweise nicht einwandfrei, und manche Schränke waren voll. Einen Föhn habe ich vermisst, der wird sonst gestellt. Die Kaffeekanne in der Kaffeemaschine passt nicht. Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung aber ganz wunderbar, die Zimmer ruhig. Die Lage ganz toll!

Die Möbel hatten sicherlich schon ein früheres Leben und hier und da waren Sie nicht einwandfrei.
