Highly recommended property not far from central Orleans

Off street parking. 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed which we didn’t use). Great location with a short walk to multiple restaurants and bars. Lovely bathroom and well appointed kitchen.

The stairs! The downstairs bedroom with the 2 single beds is an extraordinarily steep spiral with no handrails. Kitchen could do with a microwave but other than that it was great.

Lovely little apartment to call home for the night. The second bedroom is down the spiral staircase. Great to have secure parking outside the apartment.

Small thing, but some instructions for the oven would be useful as it was an all in one microwave/grill/oven and we had to try and find something on Google to use. Also, we only had 3 towels for 4 of us. But these are tiny things and didn't ruin our stay at all. More just something that could help improve.

Cute but dirty

Cute little appartment with private parking which is great if you are stopping over for a night with a packed car and kids.

It looks nice on the pictures, you can see that the bathroom and bedrooms have recently been decorated. But the reality is that the kitchen falls apart and is very dirty. I wanted to cook a quick pasta for the kids, and I was shocked to see how dirty the kitchen and equipment was. The bathroom needs a good scrub as well. The stairs are not kids friendly at all, should be mentioned in the description. Honestly the value for money is not right. You expect a clean appartment, not a student-like house. Being in the city centre of Orléans is also not worth it.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, la place de stationnement dans la cour, le calme, la proximité de la supérette et la douche !!! Merci pour les dosettes de café ...

Les modes d'emploi du four et de la TV ne sont pas mis à disposition. Or dommage que l'on n'ait pu utiliser le four d'autant que 2 bruleurs sur les 4 de la cuisinière ne fonctionnaient pas.

Poder aparcar en el patio, descargar cómodamente y no tener que buscar luego aparcamiento en una ciudad desconocida.

La cama doble es de muelles, hace un poco de ruido y se hunde un poco. La escalera interior para acceder a la planta inferior; hay otra exterior más cómoda para bajar desde el patio.

Situation et rue calme

Gîte sale, serviettes et linge de lit pas frais, tout chiffonné, et humide ! Hotte de cuisine très sale, grasse, pas de lampe. Taque de cuisson, 2 brûleurs sur 4 en ordre de fonctionnement. 2 lampes de chevet hors service( pas d’ampoules ), penderie très désordonnée, pas de place pr ranger le linge, cours extérieure couverte de mauvaises herbes…. Bref un gîte non conforme pr une location, et une chambre au sous-sol peu accessible via un escalier très difficile d’accès!
