Pleasant transit stopover for large family

Host was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative, even offering to hold onto some equipment we left behind by accident. The place is clean and very functional as a stopover for a large group of friends or family. The location is great with 10-15 minutes walk into the beautiful city centre. There is ample nearby parking even at busy times (though we were not there on Wednesday). The shower room is large and has a washing machine and dryer.

Some confusion over how to do the handover meant we waited on the street for 5-10 mins, but was soon resolved. The rooms are on the smaller side although they had all the essentials.

Parking lot is free in front of the apartment.

It was hot without air conditioning. We asked for the company's invoice, and they gave us part of it because the other part is for the booking (every place sent the full price paid).

Günstiges, geräumiges Apartment in Bahnhofsnähe und in Gehweite zur Altstadt von Orleans.

In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und Parkplätzen in Orleans gelegen war die Lage ideal für uns. Wir reisten mit dem Auto an, konnten für 12 Tage einen Parkplatz sehr günstig belegen ( 70 € ), um am nächsten Morgen mit den Fahrrädern im Gepäck per Zug nach St. Nazaire fahren. Das Apartment hat drei Schlafzimmer und ist eher nüchtern möbliert, aber sauber. Der Besitzer ist ein farbiger netter Herr, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben das Zimmer auch für die Rückankunft für zwei Nächte gebucht. Es ist eine günstige, einfache und praktische Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Orleans.

Da wir weder große Ansprüche stellten noch Erwartungen hegten, war es für uns die richtige Wahl - ein relativ günstiges Apartment mit ausreichend Platz in zentraler Lage und äußerst freundlichem Besitzer!

Un séjour très agréable à tous points de vue

Café delicieux, spacieux, tout est neuf, jeu de société très amusant, l'hote est venu jusqu'à la visite que j'étais en train de faire pour livrer les clés là où j'etais, snack sympa à côté, proche de la gare pour un petit déjeuner complet, hôte particulièrement attentionné et agréable, beaucoup de visites guidees à côté, je reviendrai !

Facilité pour se garer.

Notre séjour a été un vrai cauchemar. Dès notre arrivée, un panneau signalant une désinfection contre les cafards nous a mis mal à l’aise. L’appartement était étouffant, sans climatisation ni possibilité d’aérer correctement à cause du bruit incessant dehors : rodéos de scooters, cris toute la nuit… Impossible de dormir ! Il n’y a aucun volet roulant dans la cuisine, transformée en véritable four dès le matin à cause de la chaleur frappant directement les vitres. Le salon, qui aurait pu être une pièce agréable, a été supprimé pour faire une chambre, donc aucune pièce de vie confortable. Et pour couronner le tout, une odeur d’égout insupportable remontait en permanence dans l'appartement. Lorsque nous avons eu la personne le lendemain de la première nuit il s'est excusé nous disant que c'était inhabituelle hors cela a continué la 2ème nuit... Une expérience à oublier, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hébergement.

Muito boa e o responsável é muito atencioso

Localização é muito boa, perto do centro da cidade e com todos os serviços na proximidade. A relação preço/ qualidade pareceu-me bastante ajustada. As camas são muito grandes.

A sala de estar é bastante pequena mas para nós não era importante. Não existe estore nas janelas da cozinha, que no verão pode fazer falta.

Nous avons été reçus par le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Les lits sont confortables et grands ! (160×200cm) L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé, dans un grand immeuble dont l'entrée est sécurisée. Logement idéal pour une étape d'une nuit. (Certains petits détails ont amoindri la qualité de notre séjour, mais le propriétaire a pris note de nos remarques.)

Il y a eu beaucoup de bruits dans l'immeuble jusqu'à 1h du matin...

За нашим проханням нас заселили раніше,щоб у нас була можливість перевдягнутися після дальньої дороги.

Номер був заброньований для 7 персон.В квартирі три ліжка і диван.Але для сьомої людини нам не надали НІЧОГО!Ані постілі,ані рушника!І на наше повідомлення хазяїн відповів лише вранці!Людина спала на рушнику в одязі!!!

Fint och rent! Sköna sängar, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

När vi öppnade fönstret för att vädra vid matlagningen så blev det ett rejält korsdrag mellan köket och korridoren utanför boendet som rev ner en spegel på väggen. Jag försökte förklara vad som hänt men boendet ville ändå debitera mig €59 för en billig spegel. Känns som att dom borde skriva en varningsskylt med ”öppna ej fönsterna”.
