The bed pillows were a bit to fat and hard for me. Would have loved if the pillows were soft and comfortable.

Convenient place to stay for a night out in Orleans.

Location is good on the outskirts of the City centre. Easy walk to the main restaurant / bar district. The bed I used was comfy. Bathroom was all good and separate loo. David, the host, responded promptly to my messages.

The garage is weird with the door at an offset angle and the walls and floor all very uniform grey, so I struggled to get the car in on my own. All of the lights were unplugged so had to spend 5 minutes scrabbling around using my phone torch. If you like ambient light it's great. If you like overhead lighting then you'll be disappointed. I was on my own and it seemed big enough for two. Good luck if there's six of you.

Nicely presented modern compact apartment with a small garden. Good location. Very responsive hosts.

This is a subjective viewpoint from an older guest - the "second bedroom" was a gallery space built over the downstairs bedroom which was only accessible by a stair/ladder. Possibly needs to be highlighted in publicity?

Not very appealing.

Bed was comfortable

Narrow and uneven steps up from the garage to the garden area of the apartment and then a few more steps to the entrance. Garden needed a sweep and garden furniture needed a clean. The property inside has all you need but needs some tlc regrds better cleaning of doors, switches, sockets, light shades and corners. Fridge needs a proper wipe out. Ridiculously tiny stools for bedside tables and the property needs painting, i.e skirting boards and wallswhere old light fittings have been replaced with new. In my opinion, a cheaply furnished rental property. It's requested that on vacating the property, the client strips the bed and leaves said bedding on the floor. Please, do not request putting the bedding on the floor, it's so unhygeinic.

Just lovely

The perfect place for a family with two teenagers to spend a night in Orléans. The location is fantastic, a very easy walk into the centre, and it was really useful to have a secure garage to park our car.

Superb

Loved the location and the private parking in the garage. The apartment was more spacious than expected and the beds were super comfortable. Really great stay and we'll definitely book this place as a stay over on our journey more often. Also very happy to have the owners' recommendation for the lovely bakery down the street that was even open on Sunday morning.

Great well priced apartment close to the city centre and the river. A nice bakery and a takeaway nearby. There was a garage to park in which was great and then the apartment was accessed from there so felt very secure. Great video sent by David prior to arrival with all details needed. We didn't meet David but great communication and questions answered promptly. Loved our stopover here.

For older people the bed may be an issue as it is low to ground.

Perfect apartment for our family on our way to the south.

Great little stayover. We were on our way to San Sebastian and needed a 'cheaper' and quick stayover. This apartment has not disappointed us. Free parking in a parking garage, which is also the entry into the apartment. Easy to follow video with all the instructions of how to get into the apartment. Unfortunately we didn't meet our hosts, but they seemed very nice via Whatsapp.

It didn't really bother me, but it's kind of a funky entrance to the apartment, through the garage and backyard.

Amazing stay in a cosy little house

We had an amazing stay in this place. The house is decorated really nice, there is everything you need to spend a few days in Orléans. Our son was super excited to sleep on the second floor bed in the bedroom. There is even a small garden outside when you can have a drink next to the olive tree, flowers and a kiwi plant, really lovely! You can leave the car in a private garage downstairs. The check in/ check out was super easy. Thank you, Adrienne and David!

The direct neighborhood around the house is not that great, but it really does not matter because once you are inside it is really cosy.
