The bed upstairs was very hot (and had no charging port for my phobe if I also wanted to use the ventilator). The couch-bed downstairs was very uncomfortable. Basically there was no comfy bed during warm days.

Beautiful and cosy studio apartment with modern facilities in an old building near historic centre.

A beautiful conversion and a great space. Great natural ventilation (with windows in the main room and the velux in the roof above the mezzanine) during hot weather.

The double mattress on the mezzanine should be moved so that you don't hit your head on the very low beam (it would be better if your head was against the other wall).

Pleasant

Clean studio apartment in a quiet convenient location. Access and checkout easy and well communicated. Comfortable facilities but the stairs to the third floor and especially the stairs up to the mezzanine bedroom could be challenging to someone not adequately agile. Be careful not to bump heads on the beam at the top of the stairs in the bedroom.

Cozy and bright

The owner is very easy to contact and helped a lot during my stay for work. Location is great, just a few-minute walk from Jeanne d'Arc statue and also from the train station (which is also main bus station, and tram A stops there as well). Basic kitchen with two burners, cooking pots, plates, cups, etc. Apartment is bright and cosy. I really enjoyed it. There is a bakery a minute away walking and Carrefour at the train station.

I was staying during called weather and from time to time a smell of smoke would come to apartment. If you are sensitive then you should be aware of this.

Exceptional

The house was old but well renovated and pretty. I really like to have a house like Cosy Studio. There were many useful things in the room sofa, table and chair, TV and etc. The kitchen was enough to prepare even different dishes. I definetly advice Cosy Studio.

The sink in the bathroom was too small and there was a curtain in the shower. I prefer something solid in shower.

The box where the keys are kept was hard to find. The metal mugs get very hot including the handle. I almost burnt my fingers when I made tea. The staircase is very steep and it was a struggle to take heavy suitcases upstairs/downstairs.

Generally nice place but service awful. My stay was saved by the owner.

Everyone makes mistakes, but you have to be able to admit them and apologize. It happened so, so I recommend this place to you.

The situation was like that: I checked in in the evening, it was raining a lot, and the cleaning lady left the skylight opened (under which there was a bed). So I spent the first hours of my stay on cleaning... It was very cold in the apartment, I had to sleep in several layers of clothes. But, doesn't meatrher - it hapends, I have no complaints about it, but the administrator attitude was terrible. They didn't understand my regrets at all and just spoke rudely with me! I would have been very angry and embittered, but the owner saved my stay! He came in the morning with an apology and brought a small French breakfast.

L’appartement est beau propre et dans un très bel immeuble. Pour l’escalier je trouve que ça va. Mais c’est au 3e étage. Donc avec une valise lourde c’est assez compliqué. Le canapé est inconfortable. On sent la ferraille. La mezzanine est accessible par un escalier on aurait dit une bibliothèque pour accéder à la mezzanine. Quand on descend il faut faire attention. Je fais 1,80m et y’a une marche qui est vraiment toute petite. Si tu la rates c’est sûr tu as accident. C’est vraiment dangereux. D’ailleurs faut pas peser lourd pour ces marches. Car comme je l’ai dit on dirai une bibliothèque. Et certaines marches ne sont pas maintenues au sol. C’est des carrés vides. Mais sinon en soit l’appart est très bien. Vraiment. Mais je ne recommande pas pour les adultes. Seulement pour les jeunes étudiants. 7/10 je note. Pour la propreté, la beauté de l’appart et de l’immeuble.

O apartamento é todo renovado, bonito, silencioso e muito confortável. Tinha quase tudo que a gente precisava. Poderia ter açúcar e sal para salvar, tivemos que comprar, mais foi o de menos. A roupa de cama é de excelente qualidade, tivemos uma ótima estadia e descanso.

O corredor de entrada do edifício e as escadarias muito antigas e velhas. E subir até o terceiro andar com bagagens é um pouco difícil.

Die Lage war gut und es gab Smart TV. Check In und Check Out unkompliziert

Ea war schmutzig, überall lagen Haare herum, das Geschirr war fettverschmiert. Das Sofa war so durchgelegen, dass einem die Federn im Rücken steckten, oben hab es nur eine Matratze, kein Bett. Wasser in der Dusche mehr ein Tröpfeln als ein Fließen und die Klobrille hing schief. Parken om Parkhaus für 30 Euro die Nacht. (Geht aber bestimmt günstiger)

Rien à dire, tout était nickel.

Appartement conforme à la description, l'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé nous n'avons manquer de rien, l'endroit est calme et proche du centre-ville. Ont se sentaient comme chez nous, nous y avons passer 2 nuits. Si nous revenons sur Orléans je n'hésiterai pas à reprendre cette appartement.

L'accès à la mezzanine n'est pas sécurisé, les escaliers pour y accéder sont vraiment beaucoup trop étroit. La poutre au dessus du lit un peu dangereux, mon copain s'est cogner la tête à plusieurs reprises. Sinon le lit était douillet.

Das Appartement liegt in der Nähe zum Bhf und zur Altstadt. Im Bhf riesiger Supermarkt. Die Teller sind sehr schön, allerdings nur für zwei Personen. Rest der Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich, Töpfe/Pfannen abgenutzt bzw. zerkratzt. Es war trotz Heizung kalt, man konnte die Temperatur nicht höher stellen. Heizkörper hat sich die ganze Nacht über mit lautem Piepsen eingeschaltet, schlafen nicht möglich.
