Location. Modern decor.
Main entrance and corridors in need of updating/repair (unwelcoming). Appreciate this may not be the responsibility of the apartment owner. Poor lighting in public areas. Shower dirty. Dust everywhere. Freezer iced up so unable to use. No air con, which was required at 38°. Fan provided but insufficient.

La situation du logement au cœur du centre ville. La réactivité de la conciergerie et son amabilité.
Quelques équipements défectueux : diffuseur de douche obstrué et lampe au dessus du lit qui ne s'allume pas ( ou alors je n'ai pas compris son fonctionnement)
