Lovely studio in residential area

Lovely residential area, very well equipped apartment more spacious than expected, comfortable beds, on-site parking, outside seating area and the extras in the fridge! Good communication from owner.

Location and value for money perfect for family of 4 stop over. Local bakery at end of the road and great all you can eat buffet restaurant at Chalet du steak, 42 Rue Anthelme Brillat Savarin, 45100 about 5mins away in the car.

Our mistake but we booked the wrong date initially and paid in full (for previous month). The the first contact prior to that booking was a request for a review so it was too late to re book. The second time round when we booked for the right date we did get a prompt prior to travelling. Our fault I know but if we had a reminder email the first time round and realised in time we would have been able to cancel and rebook. It was frustrating that we couldn't contact the host directly to try and sort something out. When we were there we did try and discuss but we don't speak very good French and weren't able to explain. No issues with the accomodation though.

Very clear instructions by the host on arrival and departure procedures which were easy to follow. The studio is perfect for two adults and two children, spotlessly clean and tidy, all amenities included as per indicated with instructions on how to use appliances. A wonderful surprise on arrival of finding the fridge stocked with beverages at affordable prices. The location is perfect, 8 minutes to the town centre. Free guest parking. A bakery around the corner if required. I highly recommend this establishment and host. Thank you!!

Beautiful apartment

Very comfortable appartment, big for the 4 of us. Really well equipped, they even had food/drinks that you can pay at a supermaket price in case you have nothing and want to eat, really good idea. Nice place to stay during your visit to the east part of the Loira.

Proche de l'Arena. Possible de s'y rendre à pied. Ménage à vérifier avant arrivée des clients.

Emplacement parfait par rapport à l'Arena où nous nous rendions pour un concert. Le studio était de taille parfaite pour nous 3 (2 adultes et 1 ado). Tous les équipements cités dans l'annonce étaient présents et fonctionnels.

Malheureusement plusieurs points négatifs niveau propreté du logement (transmis à l'hôte): traces d'huile sur le plateau du micro ondes, poussière à plusieurs endroits du logement, le rabat des wc qui n'est pas bien fixé. Dommage...

W obecnym stanie nie miałem przyjemności z odwiedzenia tego apartamentu.

Apartament znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, jest to zaadoptowane pomieszczenie nad garażem, trochę mogą przeszkadzać skosy, ale nie jest źle. Wyposażenie ma już swoje lata, jest wystarczające na krótki pobyt, łózka w miarę wygodne, pościele i ręczniki czyste.

Niestety apartament nie jest ani zbyt czysty, ani zbyt świeży. Rożne rzeczy nie działały przydałoby się trochę przejrzeć wszystkie sprzęty, lampki i ponaprawiać. W każdym rogu jakieś pajęczyny, co odbiera przyjemność przebywania w takim miejscu. Po prostu potrzebny jest mały remont i sprzątanie.

Hele fijne overnachtingslocatie voor doorreis

Perfecte locatie en faciliteiten voor een overnachting als je op doorreis bent of activiteiten in de buurt van Orleans hebt. Netjes en complete studio. Erg fijn om de auto op de oprit te parkeren. Vlakbij de MacDonald's waar we meteen voordelig de auto konden opladen. Bed is wat smal, ik schat 140 cm, maar voor een nachtje was dat te doen. Fijn dat er ook een airco staat.

Helaas wel om 5 uur wakker dankzij het kukelen van een over enthousiaste haan.
