Instructions good for key collection, parking for car in a great garage near by

Had to park car in side street and hope no one needed to drive there. Initially the car park key didn’t work, though resolved it did take up some time in our brief stay

Super, in the city center.

Only thing was the parking or better to get to the parking maybe due to the closest parking was closed. You have to get the parking ticket from the apartment but you can’t really pak there. A little bit a hussel but the rest was super

Sights within walking distance, whole appartment much more relaxing than in a hotel room.

Position directly on Loire, but with plenty of restaurants and shops just round the corner. Was good to have facilities to make own breakfast (super bakery nearby). Helpfulness of owners to make sure we had all instructions for accessing appartment.

Great and complete appartement !

The appartement is refurnished, with new furniture, with complete tools for kitchen and cleaning. Also good looking. Great location and free parking provide by the host. The host was really fast and clear with the messages. Trully recommend ! Merci Laurence

Difficult to control the heaters. Some were locked with pre-setup temperature. The bathroom is cold.

Le logement est parfaitement adapté pour 4 personnes. D'une propreté irréprochable, tout l'equipement pour le confort est présent. La proximité du parking, du vieux Centre est très appréciable. La communication avec les hôtes est parfaite et fluide. Je recommande vivement.

Zentral gelegen, einfache Unterkunft

Die Lage war sehr zentral, die Wohnung nett eingerichtet und sauber, alles da. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Der kostenfreie, sichere Parkplatz war auch klasse.

Leider hat es in der Wohnung modrig-feucht gerochen. Es wird aber auch mit an dem Dauer-Regen gelegen haben.

Zentrale Lage

Super zentrale Lage, man kann die Stadt perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Direkt an der Loire. Viele Restaurants etc. in der Nähe.

Ein von zwei Schlafzimmern ohne Fenster, das war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aufgrund der Lage an der Straße relativ laut. Aber mit beidem kamen wir gut zurecht.

Un très beau séjour à La Gabarre que nous recommandons

L'accueil de nos hôtes et en particulier les petites meringues de la maison Nadal, la situation optimale de l'appartement et notamment la vue sur la Loire à quelques dizaines de mètres, son aménagement avec attention et goût, en cohérence avec sa situation en bord de Loire, la pièce de vie principale très spacieuse et agréable.

A noter que ce qui suit ne vous incombe pas mais concerne plutôt la Ville d'Orléans et il serait nécessaire de solliciter le maire à ce sujet. Vous pouvez transmettre notre témoignage au besoin. La rue qui longe l'appartement et les bords de Loire est très fréquentée par les véhicules motorisés, surtout les voitures et les motos. Ce qui a un fort impact sur la qualité de l'air, y compris bien entendu dans l'appartement. D'autre part, cela génère des nuisances sonores liées à des équipements non conformes (pots d'échappement notamment) et des comportements irrespectueux en poussant les machines à l'excès - et au passage , probablement souvent en situation d'excès de vitesse, en diffusant bruyamment de la musique voire en hurlant le corps à l'extérieur passé par les fenêtres arrières assis sur le rebord de la portière. Et ceci jusqu'à 1-2 heures du matin (le week-end).
