Value for money city centre studio

The location was excellent and very easy to walk into the city centre. It was well equipped and the wifi was superb Great shower. Parking was a plus, especially the use of a garage though the owner had use of an allocated off street parking space as well.

Although it had good views, it was next to a busy road and on a Saturday night quite noisy with traffic and people who had parked in the area to walk into town for the night. The garage is padlocked and very secure but it only has only a 1.9m doorway though it is long enough by far for any car that can get in. I just got a Mercedes A200 in (1.8m with folded mirrors) with a few cm spare either side.

Lovely apartment close to the centre.

Sophie's apartment was clean and comfortable. The position was excellent with easy access to the centre of the town by foot or by tram.

A few amenities would have been nice; such as small container of milk and some tea and coffee bags. Also some bathroom items such as shampoo and shower gel would have helped.

A wonderful place to return

Everything we needed was already there, with a big plus-a bit of the owners' soul. We felt like home, the appart. was really cosy, with a South France air, a lot of light, neutral colors, a warm spiritual place. We liked the window shutters, they provided the darkness needed for a good, deep sleep. And the View-Loire river, ducks and swans in any moment of the day, the amazing Sainte-Croix Cathedral and the George 5 bridge as background. And the freshness of the air, a souvenir in itself. As practical aspects - tram station at 5 minutes away, city center at 15, anything you need in a home is already there.

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Städtetrip

Sehr gute Lage, Blick auf die Loire und die Kathedrale von Orleans. Die Altstadt erreicht man über eine Brücke in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Garage ist groß genug für einen 4,40 m langen PKW.

Emplacement idéal pour un agréable séjour à 2 à Orléans!

Super emplacement à 5 min de l'Hypercentre, avec vue sur la Loire et la Cathédrale depuis l'appartement. La réactivité et les conseils des Hôtes, les équipements modernes et opérationnels du logement. La place de parking privée (petite voiture conseillée 😅) ou la possibilité de se garer sur un emplacement "invité" et donc l'éventualité de tout faire à pied en Ville une fois installé. La possibilité de se balader sur les bords de Loire dès en sortant de l'immeuble. Parfait par exemple pour partir courir 👟!

Rien de significatif, si ce n'est le bruit un peu matinal de la salle de sport au RDC qui pourrait déranger les personnes au sommeil très sensible 💤👂

Très bel appartement avec très belle vue sur la Loire et la Cathédrale d’Orléans.

La proximité de Orléans de l’autre côté du pont, la vue extraordinaire sur la Loire, la Cathédrale et les gens qui circulent devant. L’appartement est au premier étage , fonctionnel, très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et la literie parfaite. Deux grandes fenêtres s’ouvrant complètement permettent de profiter de la vue. La proprio réagit rapidement si questions. Deux ventilateurs ont bien aéré l’appartement malgré la grande chaleur. Les fenêtres et les volets électriques isolent très bien du bruit la nuit venue.

Nach schwierigem Start haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt

- gute Lage, nur 5 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum auf der anderen Flussseite entfernt - Parkplatz (sogar kleine Holzgarage) abseits der Straße - gute freundliche Ausstattung - Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - WLAN funktioniert ohne Probleme - tolle Aussicht auf die Loire und die Innenstadt - bei Temperaturen um die 40 Grad hat der Ventilator gut gearbeitet

- Es gab vorab einen guten schriftlichen Kontakt. Die genauen Anweisungen zur Nutzung des Schlüsselkastens und der Garage gab es jedoch nur kurzfristig in französischer Sprache. Nach 8 anstrengenden Stunden auf der Autobahn haben wir aber alle Rätsel mit einiger Mühe und der Hilfe von Passanten gelöst. - relativ laut bei offenem Fenster - Mülleimer unterhalb des Fensters

Il a l'inconvénient de son avantage : le bruit de la ville qui rentre dans l'appartement car il faisait si chaud que nous dormions fenêtres ouvertes.

Het appartement is volledig ingericht. Het heeft een heel mooi uitzicht op de Loire en de kathedraal.

Er loopt een vrij druk bereden straat voor wat hinderlijk is op het moment dat je wil slapen met een raam open. Ook al heel vroeg in de ochtend rijd er verkeer over deze weg.

Le manque de "customer service" par notre hôte Sophie, avec des pratiques peu habituelles L'appartement donne sur la route, au niveau d'un feu tricolore.Il y a beaucoup de trafic, même la nuit. Du coup c'est très bruyant pour dormir. Le canapé lit n' est pas confortable et devrait être remplacé La VMC de la SDB est très bruyante

Un appartement assez grand avec chambre séparée. Une grande télévision. L'ensemble est neuf et propre. Le vue sur la Loire et la cathédrale.

Le parking n'est utilisable que pour une petite voiture donc pas notre break. Nous nous sommes garés dans une rue parallèle. On ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause de la route mais il n'y a pas de bruit fenêtres fermées.

Не рекомендую по некоторым причинам. Нет лифта, высокие ступеньки, очень тяжело с чемоданами. Выбрала этот объект по удобному для меня времени заселения и выселения. С 14-00 заселение и выселение 12-00 13-00. Забронировала на 3 человек, 2 взрослых и ребенок. выехала раньше. На букинге указано, что выселение 12-13 часов. Оплатила и тут началось. Хозяйка написала, что заселит в 16-00, но договорились, что будет заселение как и указано. После заселения написала хозяйка, чтоб мы выселились раньше, до 11, что не соответствует условиям размещения. В итоге пришлось писать в поддержку букинг и решать этот вопрос. После 2 дней нервотрёпки мы остались до 13-00. Не рекомендую данный объект, я бы сюда не вернулась
