Nice ground-floor level studio on the riverbank of Orléans

Exceptional location, right on the river promenade. Apartment had basic kitchen supplies, small appliances and utensils. Good natural light during the day.

Interior lighting could be improved. The building is vintage, therefore poor sound isolation from movement upstairs--not a big problem after 10pm.

Excellent location. Quickly found a free parking space nearby. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Excellent web instruction on how to find housing and keys.

Cleanliness needs improvement… it feels like it wasn't cleaned at all, including the bed, unfortunately. Low ceiling overhead, we bumped into it several times. Noisy road nearby.

Nice location, next to the river Location is within the pedestrian area, so contributing to be a quiet place and relatively easy to access nearby central touristic areas by foot.

Many spiders across ceiling corners. Cleaning services could be better.

Grosses difficultés pour se garer Appartement en rez-de-chaussée donc assez bruyant par rapport à la circulation Lit situé en hauteur par escalier assez pentu Manque quelques ampoules pour un éclairage qui ferait un peu moins blafard (salle de bain et salon)

Emplacement parfait central et face à la Loire. Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Possibilité de parking gratuit à 15 mn à pied.

Un emplacement qui mérite le détour, une propreté qui pourrait être améliorée

Une situation géographique très bien, tout à proximité avec une superbe vue sur la Loire…

La cuisine et la salle de bain n’étaient d’une propreté irréprochable…. La vaisselle n’était pas propre pour certains ustensiles, et cela malgré la présence de produit vaisselle et d’éponge… Le plafond bas de la mezzanine qui ne favorise pas les levers et couchers avec un matelas qui donne pas envie d’y mettre ses draps…
