Very good stay in Orleans

Very nice apartment, quiet location so you can get a very good night of sleep, easy to reach by car, good parking available, walking distance from the beautiful city centre of Orleans.

Unfortunately, at first I didnt receive the messages with instructions of how to get into the parking and the apartment because it contains many pictures and my app had found it to be spam. So arriving there I was pretty lost. But the host was easy to reach by phone so all could be solved.

Spacious apartment with everything you need for cooking. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the bed, but it was fixed quickly. The train station is a 17-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center in about 25 minutes on foot. The nearest grocery store is around a 10-minute walk.

Que tenia pàrquing dins el recinte.

Difícil de trobar les claus, vam arribar de nit i plovent i si no ens arriba a ajudar una veïna encara les estaríem buscant. Per 4 persones és massa petit. Només dues cadires. El sofà llit horrorós, un mal d’esquena terrible. Podria haver estat més net.

Des petits détails qui peuvent avoir sont importansse. Le bruit du réfrigérateur, le bruit des voisins (peux être insonorisé la porte d'entrée), l'aire froid qui passe sous la porte d'entrée. Le manque de notice pour l utilisation du four / micro onde.

L emplacement n était pas rassurant, compliquer pour y accéder , ont a eux froid, pas de couverture de rechange, Pas du tout insonoriser, on entendais très bien ce qui se passait ds les autres appartement.

Redelijk voor 1 nacht, fijn dat de auto safe stond. Het bed moet echt vervangen worden.

De ligging en de afgesloten parkeerplaats.

Bed & matras te simpel. Piep en kraakt en het matras is echt flut. Het was niet heel schoon en goed onderhouden. Lampen, plinten en deurposten zijn niet schoon. Gordijn en stang waren stuk in de woonkamer. De rolluiken zijn heel vies aan de binnenkant. Er is waterschade aan het houten blad in de keuken bij de kraan.

De lokatie was erg moeilijk te vinden. Er was slagboom waarvoor een afstandbediening nodig was. De eigenaar was moeilijk te bereiken, maar met hulp van een Fransman heeft de eigenaar gebeld en die kwam met 10 minuten en heeft me binnen gelaten.

Heerlijk, ondanks slecht matras

Prettige parkeerplek, privé en veilig. Duidelijke instructie om binnen te komen (zowel door slagboom als in appartement). Op minder dan half uur lopen van de kathedraal. Heerlijk rustige locatie zonder inkijk, waardoor s nachts de balkondeuren en raam open konden blijven.

Matras was zeer zacht en doorgezakt, waardoor slecht geslapen. Zeer warme dag. Ik miste een ventilator.

à une petite dizaines de minutes de la gare d'Orléans un emplacement au top pour être au calme, un appartement agréable et bien équipé des indications claires pour accéder à celui-ci. à la fin de vôtre séjour déposer les clés dans la bonne boîte aux lettres bien identifiée, mal réveillé j'ai pourtant réussi à me tromper, heureusement le propriétaire super sympa à réussi à réparer mon erreur, un grand merci pour l'accueil, je recommande cette adresse

Petit appartement chaleureux on si sans comme à la maison. Parfait pour quelque jours. Facile d'accès, tous est très bien expliqué par le propriétaire avant l'arrivée. Petit balcon parfait pour prendre son café le matin. Parking privé qui est un énorme plus vu la difficulté qu'il peux y avoir à ce garé sur Orléans. Appartement propre. Le bâtiment ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur mais l'appartement est super.

Hormis le logement, contact rapides efficaces d'une grande réactivité. Si je dois revenir à Orléans je ne me pose plus de question pour trouver un logement. EXCELLENT.
