This time we arrived early and walked to the centre of town in 30 minutes with two children and got the tram back which was a 10 minute walk away.

Comfortable, compact apartment

Well set up for self caterers. Clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Good communication by the host by telephone. Good boulangerie two minutes away.

Would be helpful to have a sign on the door to know you are at the right place, especially as the key is very stiff and I wasn't sure I was in the right place.

L'appartement était très agréable, propre et le parking en bas pratique.

Les murs très fins, on entend beaucoup trop dehors et les voisins, c'est dommage. On est un peu loin du centre ville à pieds, mais y a des transports si besoin.

Génial, Agréable. Orléans est une ville très intéressante. La Loire est un fleuve envoutant.

Emplacement très bien A 2 pas de deux boulangeries (moins de 300m chacune) Grand Balcon (j'y ai entreposé mon vélo gravel) Orienté Sud (balcon) Lit super. Bel équipement Contact facile avec l'hôte (que je n'ai pas vu) A accepté que je reste jusqu'à 12h le dernier jour Je recommande chaudement

Fermer la porte de droite (quand on est dans la douche) en premier, sinon, l'eau coule un peu en dehors de la douche. Les voisins on fait un petit peu de bruit vers 0h, mais c'était le 15/08 et la chaleur torride ne poussait pas à se coucher tôt ;-) Pour faire taire la VMC (au moins il y en a une), baisser le dernier porte fusible à gauche sur le tableau électrique. Très facile.

La limpieza del apartamento. El lugar es de dimensiones reducidas pero suficiente para una corta estancia (1 -2 dias) esta alejado del centro pero ese ya se sabe al ver la ubicación. el lugar para aparcar es amplio y visible desde el estudio. El aspecto del edificio (una construccion pequeña de tres alturas y con tres estudios de 20-25 m2 cada uno) da un poco de repelús pues estaá muy descuidado y genera cierto rechazo, pero nada tiene que ver con el interior del estudio, pequeño pero pulcro y LIMPIO que es lo que mas se valora en estos casos. El entorno no da la sensacion de inseguro.

Fue imposible conectar la TV pero no lo doy importancia. El ventilador del baño esta conectado permanentemente, para evitar el ruido por la noche es necesario bajar el mando de la izquierda del cuadro electrico. Seria conveniente colocar un detector de presencia o un interruptor que controle su funcionamiento.

Absolute aanrader, net en schoon appartement

Hoe schoon het appartement van binnen is, makkelijke instructies voor binnen komen van woning. Schone koelkast, voldoende eetgerei, badkamer ook erg netjes. Eigen schoonmaakmiddelen zodat we het zelf ook weer schoon achter konden laten. Handdoeken voor zonodig douche gebruik. Wifi, fijn voor de kids.

Enkele kleine dingen Buitenkant complex, ik schrok even van de staat van complex en dacht heb ik nu verkeerd geboekt. Maar hier kan Guy ook niets aan doen dat zijn de andere verhuurders/bewoners. Als je de sleutel omdraait is het zeer netjes. - kussens van bed waren erg hard, andere set was gelukkig zachter. - klepje van vriezer was er af, hierover guy geïnformeerd voor mogelijk volgende reizigers die er gebruik van willen maken.

Les informations données par le propriétaire claires et précises et dans les temps Facilité de stationnement

Très mal à l'aise dès mon arrivée à cause des hurlements du chien du voisin visiblement maltraité par ce dernier. Les cris du chien et du voisin ont duré plus d'une demi heure. Arrivée seule je ne me suis pas du tout sentie rassurée ( voisin très proche, porte pratiquement attenante à l'appartement) Trop de directives dans le logement ( poubelles à sortir, vaisselle rangée etc....) Tâches sur le tapis de la salle Volets fermés à mon arrivée, ce qui n'est pas très accueillant et rassurant Boîte à lettres pour récupérer les clés en très mauvais état Environnement peu rassurant Vmc beaucoup trop bruyante ...Bref un studio sensé être "zen" pas du tout zen pour moi, ou alors on n'a pas la même définition...Je n'y reviendrai pas

L'essentiel était à disposition - le grille pain serait sympa. Le lit est confortable. L'ensemble était très propre.

La VMC dans la salle d'eau est très bruyante et l'isolation inexistante donc bruits extérieurs et intérieurs nuisants. Le radiateur de la pièce principale ne fonctionnait pas - heureusement, je ne suis pas frileuse !

Le logement n'est pas cher,j'ai lu les commentaires indiquant du calme mais logement est non insonorisé on entend même les voisins faire pipi! Aucunes réponses du logeur j'ai téléphoné 6 fois SMS rien ,demmerder vous si vous n'arrivez pas a rentrer je pense que personne ne répondra ! Pas de chauffage a l'arrivée 2 h plus tard j'ai enlevé mon manteau, douche qui met de l'eau partout même si j'ai bien clipser les portes! produits minimum je n'ai pas trouvé de shampoing,pas de sopalin mais bien vu le mot indiquant de sortir les poubelles. lit confortable pour une nuit mais pas plus! Chocolat périmé depuis 2003 en passant. attention la lampe a côté du lit grésille fortement problème électrique peut être ? Point positif logement plutôt propre et lit confortable.jaurais peut être une réponse cette fois ci! PS prenez un hôtel mieux vaut rajouter 30 euros je crois
