Due to the host’s conduct and off-platform pressure, the stay became uncomfortable and unsafe.

The location of the apartment was acceptable and generally consistent with the description.

During the stay, the host contacted me by phone to request payment of additional fees that were not clearly indicated as mandatory on the Booking platform. The host then stated that he would come to the property in the evening accompanied by other people in order to collect the requested amount. This behavior was inappropriate and created a feeling of insecurity, especially as I was staying with my family. I explicitly requested that all communication be conducted exclusively through the Booking platform.

Nice place with parking space and tram station nearby

The appartement was big, had a privat parking space(instructions say that it is no.3 from left to right, but the no. is 15 and it is the second from left to right). There is a Tram Station nearby to go to the center. We had coffee machine with some pads (Philips Sense), fridge, oven etc( all that you need in the kitchen). Internet/Wifi, The host was there still cleaning once we arrived to make sure all is ok. Quiet neighborhood, some close by eating options. No mosquitoes(slept with the windows open). We hand no problems finding the location by car , even though there were some roads blocked in the area.

The apartment was quite old and the furniture and wooden floors were squeeing. Toilet was in one part of the apartment and the shower & sink in another so you had to walk to wash your hands. Quite narrow staircase but we managed. The tram lines were just in front of the building which could generate some noise.

Disappointing in details

Sunny and bright, rather clean. Enough space for comfortable stay for family. All of sections of the couch transform into beds so we were able to put children separately, which gave us and them more comfort. And there were 2 sets of linen

🥵 It was very hot in the apartment. Thanks there was one fan, we used it in both rooms timely. Kitchen is a real hell according to the temperature in it. A fridge heats the air heavily and on top of that we had to cook dinner. There were a coffee maker but sachet bags for the machine were a little bit old, cooking tasteless coffee. 😡 The host left for us only 3 towels despite the fact that we were 4. And he didn’t answer the questions during our stay. There weren’t any shampoo and liquid hand soap. And the most disappointing thing the host didn’t put in the apartment any amount of detergent. There’s a washing machine, but no detergent. Why is that?! People specifically rent apartments with such facilities and count to use them without buying consumables because they are traveling and can’t take it into the luggage.

Good base for Orleans sightseeing

The apartment has all you need for a short stay. Kitchen well equipped and near supermarkets. Walking distance or tram to the city.

Ideal for a couple, but sofa beds not comfortable for more than 2 people to stay. The building is old and the stairs to the apartment steep. Getting into the parking is an adventure involving tram tracks and a small entrance. Tram outside bedroom not too bad but could annoy some.

Very good

The apartment is conveniently located, served by a tram right in front of the apartment. It was very convenient to have a parking space given we were stopping only for one night. There is also a supermarket very close. The apartment is spacious, airy and has large windows. The kitchen is a good size with an adequate amount of utensils. Communication prior to arrival was good. Access to apartment was mostly straightforward.

The front gate is temperamental and it was rather scary when trying to drive the car through (it got stuck half open). No instructions about how to deal with it. There was no communication from manager after arrival, despite us asking for more towels. Only two towels were supplied, despite we are a family of four.

The appartment itself is nice and clean, communication was clear and it's a lovely 30 minute stroll along the river to the center. Close to highway, very convenient when travelling.

The area itself is lacks all charm: appartment blocks, supermarket and fast food/take away only. The appartment itself is very noisy: one does hear the neighbours when they're at home.

Great stay, with close and easy access to the city

The location of this property is brilliant for visiting the city. The apartment itself was clean, airy and spacious. The beds, both double and fold out here clean and easy to put up (sofa bed). We loved that the windows opened fully as it gave up a balcony feel to the view.

There is a club opposite the front of the property which meant we had the windows at the front shut. It didnt bother us as the owners have supplied a fan.

Appartement conforme à la description. Très bonne disponibilité du loueur avant et pendant notre venue concernant divers renseignements. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Supermarché, arrêt de tramway et parking gratuit à proximité en cas de besoin.

Place de parking prévue avec la location mais l'accès est étroit. Faisable personnellement avec une certaine agilité malgré la possession d'un break.

Die Sauberkeit war gegeben.

Der Zugang zum Parkplatz war verkehrsgerecht nicht möglich. Ich musste die Fahrbahn der Tram nutzen um in die enge Zufahrt zu kommen. Die Schlafcouch hatte eine Matratze zu wenig und es waren nur 2 Handtücher vorhanden obwohl wie 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder waren. Des Weiteren hat das Streaming am Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.

Perfect behalve de herrie van de bovenburen

Een ruim en schoon appartement. Met parkeerplek (al was de toegang te smal voor onze auto dus wij moesten verderop in de straat parkeren, en dat was gratis)

Het plafond tussen ons en de bovenburen is van krakerig hout. Helaas liepen de bovenburen tot diep in de nacht (2.30 AM) met schoenen aan rond in de kamer recht boven de slaapkamer op de krakende houten vloer waardoor ik en mijn zoontje van 8 amper hebben kunnen slapen. Ik ben twee keer aan hun deur geweest en hoewel ze aardig waren en zich excuseerden, gingen ze toch gewoon door. Slechte nachtrust dus.

Difficulté d'ouvrir le portail afin d'entrer la voiture. Les voisins du RDC et du 2eme étage sont bruyants (jusque 2h du matin). Matériel de cuisine de mauvaise qualité. Quartier peu rassurant.

We verbleven slechts één nachtje op doorreis, maar het voldeed ruim aan de verwachtingen.

Heel verzorgde en nette accommodatie. Ruim, licht en zeer proper. Alle voorzieningen zijn er en je kan de auto op het terrein parkeren. Er is ook een supermarkt op wandelafstand. Buiten een paar kleine opmerkingen, een topper wat mij betreft!

De houten vloeren kraken hard als je door het appartement wandelt en het is dus redelijk gehorig. Nagenoeg alle voorzieningen zijn er, maar in de keuken miste ik een kurkentrekker en wijnglazen. De matras in de slaapkamer mocht voor mij zachter zijn, maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.

Grand appartement au calme.

Pour rentrer dans le parking intérieur laisser la voiture sur les rails du tram récupérer les clés dans deux boîtes différentes, remonter dans la voiture et attendre l ouverture du portail toujours sur les rails. Nous avons préféré nous garer dans une rue perpendiculaire calme où par chance il restait une place proche.

Bel appartement mais odeur de cigarette insupportable !

Appartement spacieux et bien rénové, très propre. Un système astucieux de clés permet d'arriver/partir simplement. Place de parking dans une cour est un point positif.

Une odeur de tabac a augmenté au cours de la soirée dans tout l'appartement. Ça semblait venir de la cuisine (fumée qui passerait par la Vmc ?) mais même portes fermées, l'odeur est arrivée dans la chambre. Meme mes vêtements restés dans la valise, dans la chambre, sentent la cigarette. J'ai préféré écourter mon séjour tellement l'odeur était nauséabonde.
