We were very disappointed with the condition of the apartment.

The location

Difficult to get into. Instructions not clear. Remote for gate didn’t work. The apartment was not clean. Thick dust on pipes, skirting broken, sofa badly stained. It needs a thorough deep clean. I don’t think anyone had been there for a long time. Two old bath towels. NO hand towels for the bathroom. NO toilet roll holder. In the kitchen, NO towel, NO tea towel, no oven gloves, NO kitchen towel. The microwave was in need of a good clean. The only washing up cloth was an old, dirty sponge. The balcony had pots of long dead plants on it. The whole place was grubby and in need of time spent on it.

All in all was an ok stay stay but with a bit more care and attention would be a brilliant holiday flat

The flat is very central, with a parking space. The open dining/kitchen/lounge area and balcony were lovely and well decorated. It was well equipped with plenty of plates and glasses (though it didn’t have any wine glasses, strange for France)

The front door was very difficult to open and made a lot of noise. There was a radiator that had fallen off and just propped against the wall. The shower head fell off when we first put it on and it was clearly broken. Then, as we were packing to leave, a picture in the bedroom fell off nearly hitting my husband.

Appartement is close to the center of the city and very helpful was option with garage parking space.

We missed information how to return the key after check out. Appartement is big and good for bigger group but it need more care. In one room we missed the light bulb, shower curtain need a clean a bit and sofa is super dirty. Entry door is not possible to open and unlock smoothly. Instead of fact that we had reservation for 4 people we missed prepared blankets and pillows for all. So for short stay good, but I can't imagine to be there like week and longer.

A great location, with parking for the apartment which was great. A nice kitchen with washer.

The apartment needs some attention. There was a old radiator sitting in the hall, a few bulbs missing in fixtures, and the shower raising apparatus was rusted through and feel on us.

spacious, very well equipped, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. great location a short walk to the old centre

couldn’t access the car park so had to lug all our luggage up the stairs as the car had to stay on the street. we booked the apartment because it had secure parking. if it wasn’t for some lovely guys who were painting the building and gave us a blue parking disc I don’t know what we would have done

SUPER, SPACIOUS AND VERY CONVENIENT APARTMENT

Really spacious, modern, well equipped apartment only 6 minutes walk from the cathedral / centre of Old Town. In a modern development with very secure (behind 2 electric gates) underground parking. Lovely, large lounge-dining-kitchen zone. The balcony is a nice little extra space with a touch of greenery. Equally suitable for short or long stays as there is also to work as well as spread out. The local Carrefour around the corner (1minute walk) is really useful. We had a couple of queries and one minor issue whilst we were there. Guillaume was super-responsive and a very nice e host. Strongly recommend staying here

il fatto di esserci rimasto solo 12 ore.

1. Avevo scelto quest'appartamento anche per la disponibilità del posto auto, confermato poi dal proprietario dopo la prenotazione. Solo che il giorno dell'arrivo sono stato informato che l'accesso al parcheggio non era disponibile per manutenzione. Strano che altri condomini del palazzo siano entrati senza problemi nei box. E non mi è stato neanche proposto un rimborso o un'alternativa. 2. l'appartamento era in condizioni di pulizia pessime: il pavimento era appiccicoso; stoviglie, pentole e altri utensili da cucina vecchi e sporchi. I divani macchiati e malandati. una delle 4 sedie del tavolo era rotta col rischio di cadere e farsi male. 3. ho prenotato per due adulti e due ragazzi; l'annuncio mostrava un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. peccato che il divano letto fosse a malapena più grande di una piazza, per cui due ragazzi non potevano dormirci. uno dei due ha dovuto dormire su un secondo divano, non letto.

L acceuil des orléannais était bien supérieur à celui du propriétaire aux abonnés absents.

La situation par rapport au centre ville. La presence d une terrasse.

L innacessibilité du garage vu le defaut de telecommande et l absence de suivi et de contact innacceptable du proprietaire qui nous a laissé completement tomber malgres les multiples messages et appels. Aucun geste commercial n en a suivi malgré le blocage de notre voiture dans le garage durant 48h qui nous a empêché de realiser les visites plannifiees. Le syndic n a pas non plus pris le relai.
