A perfect location with a family. Only 2 mins walk to a tram stop and to a small supermarket. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs.
The washing machine looked old and not that clean so we chose to use a laundrette 3 minutes walk away.

problème pour le stationnement. lorsque l on rentre, sur la droite dans la cour il y a un petit mur qui retient la terre , ne pas conserver l angle droit et faire un angle a 45° .beaucoup plus facile pour ce garer surtout quand il y a un grand véhicule a la première place. plus un conseil qu' un problème. Immeuble très proche d'une station de tramway menant au centre-ville
Communication aisée avec les hôtes
Appartement spacieux et ordonné, mais peu accueillant : odeur d'humidité persistante, éclairage lugubre, atmosphère impersonnelle
Quartier sans charme et peu rassurant. Des gens ont hurlé dans la rue, d'autres ont tapé contre les fenêtres durant la nuit.
