Pretty disappointing, and the smell meant that any time spent in the apartment was very unpleasant.

The location was great, very central. I was able to find free parking very close to the apartment.

Unfortunately the the apartment smells awful. Not pleasant at all. My 88 year old mother found it diffiicult to sleep because of the bad smell. There also appeared to be water leaks within the building, which although not actually in our apartment were noticeable in the building generally. I must assume that the bad smell is due to water ingress during rainy periods.

Convenient and clean apartment in the centre of Orléans

Very clean and well equipped apartment, handy if you need to stay near the train station and also if you need to wash your clothes. A five minute walk from the main square and ten minutes from Rue de Bourgogne (think restaurants).

Nicely located and right next to shops and free parking, but underwhelmingly equipped kitchen

Great views of Orleans, and in a very central location so it was easy to get everywhere. Nearby carpark was a safe place to keep the car for free. Also right above a large Carrefour, so everything you could need to buy is right there (although it is not intuitive to find it initially). Friends found the shower good.

Broken wine glass on arrival, and wine glasses were the largest ones available. Generally not amazingly stocked kitchen, but passably stocked. Shower is also too small for anyone over around 5 foot 10 inches. There is a handheld shower but you still have to stand to the side and be careful to not hit your head on the waterfall shower.

Very disappointed!

The location was quiet convenient

There was no hot water, and the owner didn’t do anything about it, so we had to have cold showers and use only cold water which it was not acceptable. She was just making excuses and asking me to check this and check that and promising someone will come and fix it. Also the beds were not very comfortable. Also the owner promised a small compensation of £30 and hasn’t made it!

It's wonderful apartment with beautiful location in the center of the city and just 10 walking to the old city, to the Cathedral and to the Janna Dark statue. Easy to find and very nice owner

Es exactamente lo que ves con lo que te encuentras, el anfitrión estuvo pendiente todo él tiempo aunque sólo estuvimos de pasada y no nos dio tiempo a disfrutar más del apartamento, tiene lo necesario para descansar toda la noche y darte una buena ducha antes de reanudar tu viaje.

Je pense que le logement, bien que paraissant propre, mérite un nettoyage en profondeur surtout pour les meubles, les tapis, le frigo... On prend une odeur de poussière en rentrant dans le logement.

En el anuncio dice que tiene parking y no tiene, tuvimos que aparcar en la calle. Camas y almohadas muy incómodas. Menaje incompleto y sin revisar su limpieza, alguno estaba sucio.

Appartamento molto grande e comodo, vicinissimo alla stazione, al noleggio bici e a quel che ci serviva (centro Compreso). C’è un comodo ascensore che ci ha permesso di portar in casa le nostre bici.

Literie exécrable. Lit double 140x190 (impossible de dormir à 2 personnes - mes pieds dépassaient du lit) Chambre enfant : 1 sommier cassé et l'autre de très très mauvaise qualité. Ma compagne a dû dormir sur le matelas sur le sol (heureusement que j'avais un petit surmatelas dans la voiture). Appartement non aéré. Volet cassé. Aucune préparation à l'arrivée pour la chaleur - 30° (irrespirable + draps de flanelle sur un des lits) Parking insécurisant. REPONSE SUITE A VOTRE COMMENTAIRE : Madame, vous êtes contrariée par la note reçue. Votre méthode de culpabilisation pour des faits véridiques (photos jointes) est classique, quand on ne veut pas reconnaître ses torts. Une literie correcte devrait être toujours une priorité. Je reconfirme que c'est la toute première fois que j'entre dans un logement avec un lit avec sommier cassé (pied et lattes cassées - sommier basique de piètre qualité), et que je trouve l'ancien sommier (cassé aussi) dans une buanderie, celui-ci ayant été rafistolé de façon très basique avec une attache en fer ! Quant au lit de 2 personnes, il s'agit d'un petit lit (double ?) de 1m40 sur 1m90. Pour 2 personnes normalement constituées de 1m93 et 1m70 sans surpoids, ce n'était pas une solution possible par 30°. Quand il fait ces chaleurs, c'est un minimum de fermer les volets afin de contribuer au confort des utilisateurs, ce qui n'a pas été fait. C'est bien la première fois que je dois mettre un commentaire aussi négatif, et le ton et les faits inexacts mentionnés dans votre réponse me confirment bien de votre parfaite malhonnêteté. Je suis resté complètement subjugué par votre argument de la menace du remboursement de la moitié de la réservation ! COMMENT POUVEZ-VOUS MENTIR AINSI ?

Logement spacieux, pratique à côté de la gare

Logement extrêmement spacieux, propre, pratique. Très bien placé à côté de la gare, mais seule la nuit je n'étais pas hyper sereine. L'arrivée autonome est très pratique.

L'odeur de cigarette froide dans le salon à cause du patio fermé est regrettable. Le bruit de la rue peut aussi un peu déranger mais il faut s'y attendre et avec des boules quies tout est bon !

Emplacement et propreté

Volets cassés dans toutes les chambres, sans rideaux pour palier. Hôte malhonnête qui ne prend ni le temps de le dire à la réservation, ni à l'arrivée. Découverte fortuite au moment de coucher notre enfant quand il est bien trop tard pour changer de lieux.
