If you want your deposit back, stay somewhere else!

- Faulty boiler which meant there were no hot showers. - Late check in time of 5pm. Early check out at 10am with pressure of codes being changed and no re-entry. - Being accused of STEALING 2 towels and 1 bed sheet when staff have not checked the property thoroughly. Note: after second check they found the sheet and are now too embarrassed to admit they’ve found their unused towels. - There were builders next door to the flat doing maintenance, painting and other refurbishments making entry difficult.

Der Zugang zum Apartement über kleine Treppe mit Gepäck sehr schwierig. Die ruhige Lage zur Innenstadt mit ca 1,5km ist in Ordnung.

Het was zeer schoon. Alles was goed verzorgd en goed geregeld met de sleutel/code. We waren er 1 nacht op doorreis.

Net niet Dit review heeft de titel net niet gekregen omdat de accommodatie op papier er erg goed uitzag, maar bij aankomst op allerlei aspecten net niet bleek te voldoen. De entree is onverzorgd,de verf is van de voordeur gebladderd. Dat zien we vaker in Midden- en Zuid-Frankrijk, maar dan gaat er meestal een goed verzorgd comfortabel appartement achter schuil. In dit geval klopte de beschrijving net niet helemaal, want er was geen sleutel op de afgesproken plaats en de deur kon alleen door een afwezig ruitje in de voordeur worden geopend. We kwamen - als aangekondigd iets voor 17:00 aan, maar de contactpersoon was niet te vermurwen om ons eerder toegang te verlenen. Het was ook net niet vriendelijk te noemen, deze bejegening. Het appartement oogt van binnen als op de foto, maar daarmee is alles gezegd. Het keukengerei, borden en glazen waren net niet helemaal schoon. De tv was zodanig opgehangen dat je net niet gemakkelijk kon kijken zonder je nek te verdraaien. De geiser deed net niet wat je hoopt dat hij doet: deze geeft afwisselend koud en warm water zodat afwassen en douchen een uitdaging wordt. Het bad, een redelijk alternatief met dit warme weer, bleek geen stop te hebben, dus dat was ook net niet in orde. Samenvattend komen we tot de conclusie dat deze aanbieder met dit appartement net niet de minimumstandaard haalt.
