Beautiful location, super cute and pretty bang on for what we needed for one night.

Great idea on the key code - nice and easy to remember. We loved the little bars on the street as we were able to leave the kids happy in the room and go for a drink (they are mid teens not little kids!) Close to restaurants and bars but not too loud, as down the street. Provided enough coffee pods for us both to have a few coffees! Thanks! All very clean.

Parking in centre of town was a bit pricey, and also EV charging was high price, but this isn't the property's fault! We just didn't research the walk, and it was about 10 mins with our baggage and kids to get to the property, so couldn't easily pop back to get anything ! Just had to think carefully about what we needed for our one night stay. We had to sleep in the same room as our kids, which we hadn't realised, so all 4 beds in one room (1 double and 2 twin).

Excellent location, a little cramped.

It's in the middle of Orleans, within a few hundred steps of the cathedral with everything interesting within easy reach.

Very difficult climb up the stairs to the second floor, and then a truly steep climb to the attic, where all the beds are located.

Nice apartment in a lovely city.

It was noisy outside until about 1am. The windows shut out the noise when closed but it was a hot day and the apartment was in need of ventilation.

Very cozy apartment, in the middle of the city, with lot of turistic areas on walking distance . Good variety of restaurants un the same street and around. Easy parking area nearby at a fair price. Games available on the corridor was a plus.

A comfortable bolt-hole right in the heart of "old" Orleans!

Great location, right in the heart of the city centre, 1 minute from a wide selection of Bars and Restaurants, 5 minutes from the shops, in a pedestrianised area just 3 minutes from a cheap multi-storey car park. The apartment is compact, but perfect for a 1-3 night stop, with nice beds and a large clean shower.

Great location

The location in the city Center is great. Parking is absolutely banned near it so if you have a park, there is a public car park 100 metres from the house. If you park from 19:00 to 7:00 a.m, the fee is 3 euros. Everything is within walking distance as the city is not very big. Our apartment was on the first floor of a historical building, a renewed Medieval 16th century house. It has no elevator, so it is not proper for a person with mobility disabilities. Once you get to the apartment, the kitchenette ( with a cooker, a fridge but no dishwasher) and a sofa are on the first floor and there are some stairs leading to the bedroom, which is very spacious for a double bed and 2 singles. They left us some coffee capsules for the Nespresso coffee maker, which we appreciated a lot.

The kitchenette and living room area is too small for 4 adults.

Another great stay at AuVerger!

It was my second time staying at AuVerger and I can only recommend it; Very central, clean and organised room. All the necessary information for check-in and check-out was clear and available well in advance. You are going to be only a few steps away from many restaurants and pubs in the city.

Nothing disappointing about this location, just be aware that because it is so central you may still hear some music/noises from the pubs outside at night. This wouldn't prevent me from staying there again though.

The apartment is in a renovated old building in the heart of the city. It was clean and beautifully organised. Valérie was also very nice and flexible with my early arrival time. Great choice to stay in Orléans!

There was actually nothing bad about the apartment itself. Only the neighbours upstairs were loud until very late in the night.

We had a short but lovely stay at Au Verger. Check in was seamless and the apartment was perfect for our family of four. Very clean. Comfy beds. Parking for a while day was €18 in a parking garage about 3 mins walk.

we only had one night in Orlean but what a lovely city, the apartment is perfectly situated to be able to explore

the location was great, we parked in the underground car park which was approximately 5 minutes walk from the property

the photos on booking.com seem to show the interior of all the apartments so some photos aren’t of the property which is slightly deceiving. we had a child with special needs with us and the stairs up the main bedroom are very step and narrow

Great for party night owls

Location was right in the heart so if you are after restaurant and bar culture this place is great. It was clean, but kind of the bare minimum for an air bnb. Add up to 18€ per day parking if you are driving. The coded entrance is a good system.

Photos are of all the different rooms on the main page. This was a little misleading as the bigger rooms photos are mixed with the smaller rooms with no indication which is which until you click through to room selection. Suggest adding names on photos for clarity. It is noisy. The windows are pretty good at blocking the noise but with no air-conditioning if it is hot then the room heats up. Have to chose between crazy loud or crazy hot. Had to make the bed top sheet ourselves.

It's an okay room, it's nothing special. Quite small, and well located in the centre. So why charge a 500 euro deposit? It seems pointless.

You have to pay a 500 euro deposit for what is a very standard apartment room. The staff were rude and disrespectful when taking the deposit, and they still haven't refunded it yet and its been 4 days since I stayed there.

- 4 beds in one room - ceiling of the bedroom too low to stand up. - the advert states there is no parking associated with the lodging… in reality the old city center is inaccessible for traffic. Should be avoided by families travelling back from summer holidays.
