Appartement charmant hyper centre

Excellent location and good view. Close to the center, looking at small park and very close to Loire river. Well equipped and nice inside. Good price. Smooth communication with host. Will be even better when internal reconstruction is finished.

While nice looking outside and inside the apartment, the half-timbered building is old and having some reconstruction inside looking not so appealing. A good location has its own downside being a bit noisy at night. A coach bed is not so comfortable for two, especially for not so young as us.

Nice apartement in a very enjoyable location, very central but not overly noisy. The view from the window is fantastic for innercity location. The kitchen has the essential, and the bathroom is of a decent size.

The bad is the settee, which is never ideal, but it is new, so the mattress is ok.

La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer, poussière sur les meubles, avec présence de toiles d'araignées à certains endroits. Absence de sèche-cheveux, absence de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle (seules deux lavettes à utiliser pour la vaisselle). Légère odeur de remontées d'égouts dans la salle d'eau/WC. En plein été, l'absence de volets ou de stores isolants rend l'appartement difficilement supportable au niveau température. Pour ouvrir le canapé convertible, il faut déplacer une table basse qui est très lourde ; c'est difficile quand on est seul !
