A different place to stay

Great help from Valentin on phone on arrival.Great meeting him later. Comfortable appartment with 2 bedrooms. Excellent firm beds. Walk in shower. Excellent kitchen area. Some tea and coffee provided. Oils and condiments too .

The keybox was hard to find.The stairs were a little narrow for large people. The rubbish bin was small for anyone having a long stay and personally I would have preferred better storage for glass, tins paper and bio. Sure Valentin will sort this out.

Boa localização e estadia funcional

Tivemos uma boa experiência neste anexo localizado nos fundos da casa dos proprietários. O espaço é funcional e dispõe de tudo o que é necessário para passar alguns dias com conforto. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi sempre fácil, rápida e atenciosa. A localização é um ponto bastante positivo: estamos perto do rio e do centro da cidade, o que permite fazer praticamente tudo a pé, sem necessidade de carro.

Como pontos a melhorar, deixo algumas sugestões construtivas. Na entrada, senti falta de um tapete para secar os pés ao regressar da rua, sobretudo em dias de chuva (acabei por comprar um e deixei no local). O banheiro do piso inferior é bastante frio, com sensação térmica semelhante à de estar no exterior, o que torna o uso desconfortável — um sistema de aquecimento faria uma grande diferença. Por fim, como o alojamento fica nos fundos e as janelas ficam voltadas umas para as outras, uma cortina na porta da cozinha ajudaria a aumentar a sensação de privacidade. No geral, é uma opção prática, bem localizada e com potencial para ficar ainda melhor com pequenos ajustes.

Un séjour agréable, on a trouvé une pépite sur notre chemin des vacances.c’était top !

On a kiffé notre séjour dans l’appartement, l’mplacement est idéal avec les commerces à côté, les transports en commun et tout… l’accueil et la présentation des lieux étaient de qualité, les chambres sont chouettes . Un séjour agréablement bien passé. On va sans doute revenir.

Escale à Orléans

Logement très cosy, situé à seulement 15 minutes à pied du cœur de ville. Parfait pour un séjour en famille : livres et petits jouets sont à disposition, ce qui est vraiment appréciable avec des enfants. Le logement est bien pensé, confortable et fonctionnel. Hôtes très accueillants et attentionnés. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Un mélange d'histoire, de modernité, de propreté et de confort !

C'est très propre et confortable, avec une touche de charme historique tout en offrant un confort moderne et chaleureux. Les hôtes sont attentionnés et accueillants. Ils ont tout le nécessaire, y compris du thé et du café. Nos enfants ont été ravis des friandises offertes. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au coin du feu en famille à regarder un film. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour les produits de toilette mis à disposition dans la salle de douche : c'était vraiment très gentil de leur part !

La proximité avec le centre ville, le lieu cosy, l'accueil des propriétaires et leur disponibilité. Logement pensé aussi pour les enfants avec des jeux et livres à disposition.

Super gezellig appartement voor een kort verblijf op wandelafstand van Orléans

Wij waren hier voor een tussenstop op onze reis en om Oréans te bezoeken. Een ideale accommodatie voor deze reden. Op wandelafstand van het centrum. Leuk om te verblijven met een gezin. Het appartement is zeer gezellig ingericht. Alles is aanwezig. Er is ook een kleine buitenplaats. De verhuurders reageren snel. We kregen een warme ontvangst van Denis en hij was ook bereikbaar mochten er problemen zijn. Er waren geen problemen. Alles was in orde. Bedankt voor het leuke verblijf.

Petit havre de paix niché en plein centre ville, petite cour intérieure. Maison décorée avec goût et matériaux de qualité. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Logement idéal pour un couple mais également pour une famille avec trois enfants, équipé de jouets et livres. Les hôtes sont accueillants, serviables et réactifs. Literie confortable. Logement plus grand que ce qu'il paraît sur les photos.

Appartement refait à neuf, chaleureux. Excellent rapport qualité prix. À 10 minutes à pieds de l’hyper-centre. Propriétaire très sympa et soucieux de notre bonne installation.
