Victoria Park Studio 7 - 5 mins walk to Town Centre & Train Station

It was in a nice location, easy walkability, the facilities were great and very quiet.

For me personally it was a lot of communication. For some people, it might have been great.

Location is great. All enquiries were dealt with very quickly. Lots of information. On booking.com. Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, tv. well heated room. Washing machine which has tumble dryer was handy. Nice to have hand wash, toilet rolls, towels, and some washing up things. Stairs up to room are shallow and easy to climb.

Steps up to property, (no rail and steps/path need attention) and no light at the door to see to put code in. Door locks not very strong. Didn't like bin at side of bed, I moved it to hallway in room 9. Would have been nice to have plug in sink in bathroom and table to put toiletries on. Spare bin bag, and a washing machine tablet would have been handy. Printed instructions would have been handy as phone to small to read instructions, not much data.

Close to the town, station, parks and places to eat out!

Great location. Clean bathroom, v good clean & hot shower.

Unfortunately, the whole building had a very strong smell of dope and the room smelt like it hadn’t been ventilated. We had a laugh about feeling like students again! We also got a knock on the door at 9.53am to tell us to check out at 10. I’ve stayed in many places and never actually experienced being chivvied to leave before. I recommend not sending so many messages about the booking - I counted 14 messages and texts plus a reminder for every message via email too, a bit overwhelming. One message to confirm the booking / entrance requirements & facilities plus one message to remind us what to do when leaving would have been sufficient. Shame there’s no dedicated free parking - the write-up is a bit misleading about this I think, may be worth clarifying for people that the only parking available is street parking when there are spaces. Great location & functional, if there isn’t other accommodation in Leamington available.
