Smart TV, washing machine/dryer, heating in room and bathroom. Close proximity to High Street and train station. Safety and security of the location.

Space was very limited. No cupboards or shelving in the bedroom or bathroom for storage. Shower was extremely tiny and had a leak. Pans were not washed properly, oily stains.

The property was clean, comfortable, well thought out and bright and airy. There was a lively welcome from the hosts and they were very responsive to any queries raised

The only thing that was of a personal concern was parking on the side street, which is only a matter of a few minutes away from the property - the purpose of the visit meant returning late at night and so it was something we personally would have preferred to not have to do.

I told the owners about someone knocking on my door and asking me questions if I was in this room on my own, I said why what’s your problem? He said he was looking for someone called Ruth. I said why he said there’s a bit of trouble. Then he knocked on my door again. I got really frightened because I’m on my own. I told the owners all the carers of the property via WhatsApp and they did nothing about it. They just said if there’s a problem, get him to contact us. I thought this was really bad because I’m on my own and anything could’ve happened. They could’ve at least checked. Everything was OK but they did nothing.
