We have stayed here for the last three years. Good location for the National bowls at Leamington Spa. Walking distance to various eateries, supermarket close by. Clean and comfortable, everything in the property that we needed.

Parking is an issue at certain times but just have to move the car when a space became available.

Well equipped, it was hot when we went so 2 fans were really appreciated. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Slept well, and could walk into town in 10 mins which was great!

Could defiantly do with more shelves and hooks especially in the bathroom as there’s a lack of space to put things and a shower tray for shower items. A bedside light for each bed would be very useful. Parking was free road side - close and loads of space available so not a problem- but was given the impression I could not park before I arrived meaning me to think the parking was exclusive - it’s not- however I felt this was a little misleading, as I could have parked if they had been honest from the start. The house name is different to what the studio is called making it a little difficult to find at first.

Overall a good stay.

The shower tray filled up very quickly. Also didn’t like that I was 4th floor with 2 children and heavy luggage.

Easy access, nice bedding, comfy beds, very clean throughout

Poor bedside light (and only one) for reading, nowhere to hang wet towels, no shelf or hooks in the bathroom, parking was randomly available. No instructions to work hob, the oven would have made it unbearably hot if used. Nowhere to put any bags or clothes other than a few hangers. Marketing was misleading - this is a tightly packed bedsitting room and should explicitly be marketed as such.
