Nice location nice place
Location was good near town Train station up the road we went Kenilworth & Coventry Arena Nice little pub called The cricketers around the corner The room has nice decor Amazing what you can fit in one room Never used waser dryer but nice to have Never used oven but nice to have Never used coffee maker but nice to have Used hob microwave & kettle The shower room was very good & private Parking was fine managed to get a space Would be perfect if 1 double & 1 single bed set up
i didn't like the set up One of the double beds was right next to the fridge which had a microwave on top of it & the coffee maker on top of the microwave All plugged into an extension not sure who did it but there was a double socket so I put fridge into the spare I think a double bed & single bed is far better than 2 double beds it would give you more space for the fridge & to get to the sockets it's a room for 2/3 people Had a few issues with tv Internet mainly night time I read reviews about the Front door well people don't bother closing it slowly when we closed it on our way out it was fine & never banged. Windows need attention one opens with dead lock catch i would like more fresh air in the room

The location close to Victoria Park
There was no wi fi for the whole of our stay and therefore no television or any of the programmes they make a big thing about. Apartment 1 is by the front door which bangs closed Bathroom needs maintenance Free parking is street parking which is very popular so not always easy to find

Clean studio in great location but poor WIFI strength.
Very convenient for Victoria Park and the town centre. Easy safe stroll. Very clean room with lots of character. Ensuite including shower worked well. Studio very quiet with little noise from other studios. . Landlord responded promptly to queries via WhatsApp. New and efficient washing machine and fridge.
WIFI poor with very weak signal meaning that TV and promised NETFLIX Amazon Prime etc did not work for anything more than a blurred few minutes before buffering and disappearing. Could not access Freely (for BBC and ITV) at all. Lack of WIFI was a nuisance as we could not access a zoom meeting or download videos including those provided with information about the studio. Parking was not on site but rather on road.

Feedback on 45 Avenue road
We like the owner response and willingness to support and provide any help that is required during the stay. The room was well equipped with all the necessary applications and white good needed for a comfortable stay. The room location is also within the city centre which helped us to explore the area in a convenient manner
We would have loved if there were more space to keep the luggage, however based on the space available owner had done a wonderful job to utilise the space to the maximum
