Location was good and accessible to Victoria park
The basement (studio 3) none of the blinds opened meaning it felt like a dungeon during the day, lacking light. The apartment (studio 3) was fine overall but the ceiling is low and you hear everything from the guests directly above, especially if they are having a late night and playing music.
