I had a lovely stay in the apartment. The apartment is charming and very well located, with plenty of shops and cafés and within easy walking distance. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the staff was smooth throughout, and everything was well organised from check-in to check-out. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leamington Spa.

Definate bargain and easy location with secure parking

The staff were very friendly and commnuicated very efficiently and I liked the phone call to ensure we wwere happy after check in. I have booked for two more trips 2026

Great stay

Place was great, had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend the place & would stay here again.

Disappointing

We had one issue after another. The letting staff did their best to put things right so no complaints there but the property should not have been let in the first place - no fire alarm in property for example. The shower head was unattached... when put right it flooded the downstairs apartment. We received no compensation for the issues raised with them. All in all I would not recommend these properties.

Aceitaram o pagamento e depois mandaram uma mensagem avisado que eu não era bem vinda, e pediram para eu fazer o cancelamento. Se eu tivesse cancelado perderia parte do meu dinheiro. Imediatamente liguei para o apoio ao cliente e expliquei a situação, entao eles fizeram o cancelamento sem nenhum custo.
